Hello 3speak community!
Welcome to my another 3speak vlog..

The last 15 days were very difficult for me and this was because my immune system had become very weak. In the last 1 year, I neither participated in the morning session nor went for morning walk for physical health. The situation has become such that now health seems to be a very precious thing, due to which I have decided to join Narayana Health Care. It is very convenient and very close which I can easily adjust even in my busy schedule.
Anyway, the winter season has started and there is no better season than this to give yourself good health. Before joining, I wanted to see the gym equipment and what facilities they were providing in health care.
Almost all types of equipment used for fitness were present here. Without any delay, I took a one year subscription, the fee of which is Rs 8660 per year.
If we take subscription for only one month then we will have to pay the fee of ₹ 800 per month. The best thing is that this gym center is on the third floor and to reach there I will have to complete a lot of steps, which is a better option for the joints of the legs.
My schedule is quite busy in the morning, perhaps once again I can participate in the morning session, so I have fixed my schedule between 8:00 to 9:00 in the evening. Hopefully, I will be successful in maintaining my health in the next few months.

Being healthy will safe more wealth.... one week hospitalisation means approximately 2 lakhs if not having insurance. specially in India, hospital created business n looted it's patient. Doing excercise daily will keep you healthy even wealthy 😜.

You are absolutely right. Hospital treatment is like a business and they charge exceeding money from the Caretaker of the patient!. In fact they are robbing to the patient . I paid Rs 45k to the hospital whereas I used to buy medicines separately from the medical store and pay separately for the various tests. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Going gym or doing any type of physical activity is most important for health. Sedentary life is not good for any person. You have decided to go gym and do some.physical activity which is very good decision. Impressed. Thanks.
