We should try like a crow in life. Attention should be given like heron, one should sleep momentarily like a dog and eat less. This is the basic key to succeed in life. Today I have completed a practice session. Today succeeded in reaching 10,000 ACTFIT score. To reach this score includes all-day activities. Morning cricket, running, running from office to room.
