My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2019
Hello dear friends!
Today's practice session I have completed, most of the activity was done during the morning. This is the same session in which I go to the playground for physical yoga. In the period of 2 hours in the morning, 7 to 8000 actifit score is reached because I participate in the game of cricket along with the race.
Although I feel physically exhausted but get mental peace that I am conscious of my health. If you are also concerned about your health, then morning is a better option for you. Apart from jogging, you can adopt meditation and other activities. Definitely will not only give you physical benefits but also keep you mentally calm.
