Ñam
Ñam: Spanish expression that indicates pleasure in the taste of food. But it is also a well-known restaurant chain in the Basque Country that I had the pleasure of visiting a few weeks ago.
For a modest price, in this restaurant we can enjoy a menu of the day for 14.90 euros.
In the menu we have a wide variety of dishes (15 first courses and 15 second courses to choose from). My choice as first course was an eggplant stuffed with meat and covered with gratin cheese that was delicious.

For the second course I ordered a crepe stuffed with chicken and, as I am a cheese lover, it was also accompanied by cheese au gratin.
For dessert I had a delicious homemade Tiramisu, so the menu was a triple of cheese, considering that the other dishes were also abundant.
I hope to return someday and try other dishes that no longer have cheese and hunt some more reflexes.
Best regards.

Interesting. We (Hungarians) also say ñam (nyam, nyami) for the same thing.
Interesante. Nosotros (los húngaros) también decimos ñam (nyam, nyami) para lo mismo.
Eating, tasting…, these are life's pleasures. It was worth the investment, it looks appetizing. Blessings.
