I love middle east food but I have never heard of this one. Black current balsamic!!!! I would love to try that.
I have never been to a Turkish restaurant but now I'm curious.
The lettuces that you used look so inviting. I was at work today and a server asked me to make our noodle salad which comes on a bed of lettuce. She told me to not put the lettuce because she doesn't like it.☹️

Thanks. It is very tasty and good fun to prepare. I try to have a salad as my evening meal if I have no lunch leftovers.
I am surprised someone would not like lettuce, I love the wild lettuce especially the colours and textures!
The blackcurrant balsamic is very tasty, we have a few choices to buy here. I am also drinking blackcurrant syrup with water!
