Oh wow you worked really hard at this dish and it looks delicious. I have never heard of Balti. I assume it's Indian with all of those nice warm spices.
I love the look of your town. It seems peaceful. It reminds me of my trip to Korbach Germany many years ago.
Hey you know what? I got out my spiralizer that I thought didn't work and I got it to work. It looks a lot like yours. I don't know why I thought it didn't work before but thanks to you I didn't toss it in the garbage like I was going to. I'm so thrilled about it. This only cost me 5 dollars at a thrift shop.
I will have to look into Balti. I could go for this right now.

Thanks, it is a nice quaint town and you can cycle the back streets really nicely avoiding traffic. Most German towns have this look.
