RE: Tikka Massala

Okay I'm starving! Sehr lecke!!!!That looks lovely and I would really like a bowl of it right now. Well done.

The spices were laid out on a dish that is as good as any. I get most of my kitchen dishes and stuff either from the dollar store, the garbage or given to me haha.

This dish is similar to something I make quite a bit except I haven't added coconut milk, and I didn't know what it was called. I thought it was chana masala or chole but what do I know about Indian food haha.

I'm going to add the coconut milk next time. It makes it nice and saucy to pour over rice.

I'm really impressed that a small child would eat stuff like this. A western child I mean. I don't know any around here personally that would venture outside of chicken nuggets, burgers and pizza, unless their parents are from Asia.

You fell off the wagon? The V wagon? or the healthy wagon?😄

Now I'm going to have to get some groceries. I'm on empty.

Looking forward to your next meal!

Thanks. I think the coconut milk is the secret ingredient to a great tikka masala curry. I have been adding more and more to it each time I make it. My son has just a small sauce part over the rice, so he isnt eating too much of the chickpeas or anything yet.

I fell off all the wagons, V and healthy. Been suffering badly this year, i hope things will perk up soon with my celery detoxes and removing gluten and fat. :)

I wish you a great next meal and i have bought a really cool gadget for my next dish this or next week, I cant wait to try it.
