Hola a todos mis compañeros de Hive. Espero se encuentren muy bien 🫂

No sabía cómo empezar con este pequeño desahogo, ya que, más que eso, es una forma de ayudarme a aprender a seguir mi propio camino.

¡Cerrando una gran etapa de aprendizaje! 😊

No voy a negar que ha sido difícil para mí expresar todo lo que siento en este momento. Quizás, es un poco de todo al mismo tiempo. De alegrías por un lado y de tristeza por otro.

Trataré de exponerlo a modo de historia...

Sin lugar a dudas, la Caracas Blockchain Week realizada el 2022 fue un evento que marcó un antes y un después para diversas comunidades, proyectos y usuarios del ecosistema cripto en Venezuela, pero en especial en la ciudad capital.

Yo mismo, soy parte de ese grupo de personas que tuvieron un antes y un después del evento.

¿A qué voy con esto? 🤔

Si bien, durante los días de la CCSBW sirvieron para conectar con más personas del ecosistema, también fueron de gran ayuda laboral para algunos.

Al menos así fue mi caso con mi Jefecita @mayvil para la comunidad @mayvileros 😎🙌🏻

Y la verdad, no puedo sentirme más que orgulloso por esa oportunidad que me brindó, las herramientas que me proporcionó y todo lo que influyó en mi verdadero propósito dentro de la plataforma Hive; ya que fue ella misma quien me ayudó a descubrir y reavivar esa pasión por el Blogging que poco a poco lo voy volviendo un hábito de nuevo.

Diciendo adiós a Mayvileros

Mi ruta de aprendizaje con la jefecita inicio un noviembre del 2022 hasta junio 2023 🥺

Desde que empecé, traté siempre de dar mis mejores esfuerzos en ideas, creatividad y entusiasmo. Aprendí el valor de la curación de post aqui en Hive y sobretodo a qué hacer y qué no hacer para gestionar una comunidad.

Me alegra mucho saber que fui parte de muchos pasos importantes para Mayvileros como por ejemplo:

• Sorteo del Mundial de Fútbol
• Meet Up con DosisWeb3 y La Ruta Del Café
• Bitcoin Pizza Day
• Alianza con Syklo

Además de ello, pues también ayudé en la creación de contenido y manejando la cuenta de Twitter

Sin embargo, esta etapa llegó a su fin, pero por suerte todo de la mejor maner para mí jefecita y para mí. La verdad era lo mejor que debía suceder en estos momentos. ✨🍀

Digo que fue lo mejor porque como dije en post anteriores, voy a regresar a mi Universidad a terminar mis estudios de filosofía, y ya que estamos pronto a empezar, pues ando bastante disperso por los nervios de volver a empezar.

Motivo que me tiene la cabeza la verdad, bastante ansiosa y a veces no me dejaba concentrarme bien para lograr los objetivos que nos proponíamos. Así que fue la mejor decisión para no dejar mal ni a la jefecita ni a Mayvileros ☺️

Así pues, termina una de las experiencias Web3 más enriquecedoras que he tenido hasta ahora.

Estoy sumamente agradecido de haber podido trabajar, bloggear y compartir profesionalmente contigo mi jefecita @mayvil veremos qué nos depara el futuro. Sin embargo, gracias por abrirme las puertas en este camino de la manera cómo lo hiciste.

Pero eso no es un adiós... Sólo será un cambio de perspectiva, ahora como creador de contenido 🙌🏻💪🏻✍️

¡El verdadero nuevo comienzo!

En Enero, en uno de mis primeros post, me propuse muchas metas en Hive... Y creo que es momento de cumplirlas.

Entre esas metas estaba, seguir consolidando mi marca personal como Artista NFT y Web3 Blogger 💪🏻

Y también poner en marcha aquí mismo en Hive el proyecto @hiveflygames en conjunto con mi super bro @omanthc

Me alegra mucho saber que este es un cierre laboral maduro bonito y sensato. No significa que no voy a dejar de crear contenido para Mayvileros y ahora mucho menos que tengo mi insignia 🤭 simplemente ya no estaré cómo moderador ni en el equipo formal.

Es momento de tomar mis caminos a mis tiempos sin afectar a los demás, ya que son los tiempos que necesito para mi desarrollo 🙌🏻

¡Prometo poner en práctica todo lo aprendido jefecita! ✨🙏

Además es difícil dejar de ser Mayvileros con tantos recuerdos de la comunidad 🫂 mi suéter que lo amo, mi franela súper fresca, mi collar y stickers de Mayvileros son cosas que ya me definen 😎

Siempre pega un poquito la tristeza de cerrar un ciclo de algo cuando ya te veías ahí, pero todo será mejor pronto, además como dije antes igual estaré presente.

Hello to all my Hive fellows! I hope you are all feeling great 🫂

I didn't know how to start with this little vent, since, more than that, it's a way to help me learn to follow my own path.

Closing a great learning stage! 😊

I won't deny that it has been difficult for me to express everything I feel at this moment. Perhaps, it's a bit of everything at the same time. Of joys on one side and sadness on the other.

I will try to expose it in the form of a story...

Undoubtedly, the Caracas Blockchain Week held in 2022 was an event that marked a before and after for various communities, projects and users of the crypto ecosystem in Venezuela, but especially in the capital city.

I myself, am part of that group of people who had a before and after the event.

What am I going with this? 🤔

While, during the days of CCSBW they served to connect with more people in the ecosystem, they were also of great job help for some.

At least that was my case with my Jefecita @mayvil for the @mayvileros community 😎🙌🏻

And the truth, I can't feel more than proud for that opportunity she gave me, the tools she provided me and everything that influenced my true purpose within the Hive platform; since it was she herself who helped me discover and rekindle that passion for Blogging that little by little I'm turning it into a habit again.

Saying goodbye to Mayvileros

My learning path with la jefecita started in November 2022 until June 2023 🥺

Since I started, I always tried to give my best efforts in ideas, creativity and enthusiasm. I learned the value of post curation here at Hive and most of all what to do and what not to do to manage a community.

I am very happy to know that I was part of many important steps for Mayvileros such as:

• World Cup Drawing
• Meet Up with DosisWeb3 and La Ruta Del Café
• Bitcoin Pizza Day
• Alliance with Syklo

Besides that, I also helped in the creation of content and managing the Twitter account.

However, this stage came to an end, but luckily all in the best way for me and my boss. The truth was the best thing that should happen at this time. ✨🍀

I say it was the best thing because as I said in previous posts, I'm going back to my University to finish my philosophy studies, and since we are about to start, I'm quite scattered because of the nerves of starting again.

This is the reason why my head is quite anxious and sometimes it didn't let me concentrate well to achieve the goals we were proposing. So it was the best decision not to leave neither the boss nor Mayvileros ☺️ bad.

Thus ends one of the most enriching Web3 experiences I have had so far.

I am extremely grateful to have been able to work, blog and share professionally with you my boss @mayvil we will see what the future holds. However, thank you for opening the doors for me on this path the way you did.

But that's not goodbye.... It will just be a change of perspective, now as a content creator 🙌🏻💪🏻✍️

The real new beginning!

In January, in one of my first post, I set a lot of goals for Hive... And I think it's time to accomplish them.

Among those goals was, to continue consolidating my personal brand as a NFT Artist and Web3 Blogger 💪🏻

And also to start up right here in Hive the @hiveflygames project in conjunction with my super bro @omanthc.

I am very glad to know that this is a nice and sensible mature job closure. It doesn't mean that I won't stop creating content for Mayvileros and now that I have my badge 🤭 I just won't be a moderator or in the formal team anymore.

It's time to take my ways to my times without affecting others, as these are the times I need for my development 🙌🏻

I promise to put into practice everything I've learned little boss! ✨🙏

Plus it's hard to stop being Mayvileros with so many memories of the community 🫂 my sweater that I love, my super cool flannel, my Mayvileros necklace and stickers are things that already define me 😎

It always hits a little bit the sadness of closing a cycle of something when you already saw yourself there, but everything will be better soon, plus as I said before I'll still be around.
