What is called mind expansion happens when your mind is stretched with new skills, knowledge and experiences. When you constantly feed your mind with knowledge, it begins to expand, experience also helps to sharpen the mind.

One great thing about the mind is that it is not elastic, that when stretched it goes back to its normal size. The mind does not behave like an elastic, when the mind is stretched, it does not go back to its formal shape.
