Something I really like about my city are the beautiful and touristic places it has, nowadays there are more parks that have been brought back to life, there are more places for people to share, the river boardwalk is one of them, the shark fin, the window to the world and now there is also the Great Plaza of Peace, among others that may escape me at the moment.

I have known this square for about three years or so but it was not until yesterday that I had the opportunity to stop and appreciate it well, this square is near the cathedral and the original peace square so you only have to cross a small stretch and you are already in either of the two.

This great peace square is an extension of the original peace square, it has monuments dedicated to the works of Gabo, waterfalls (which turn on their lights at night) trees, benches, it also has a property of heritage interest which is the Catinchi house, around it is the cycle route, and a space dedicated to skateboarding in the last section. And although I could not walk all over the place because it is quite wide and I could not take pictures of everything, the day was suitable to take nice pictures from where I was and that's what I did, so here I share them with you. Algo que me gusta mucho de mi ciudad son los lugares tan lindos y turísticos que tiene, hoy en día son más los parques a los que le han devuelto la vida, hay más lugares para que las personas compartan, el malecón del río es uno de ellos, la aleta del tiburón, la ventana al mundo y ahora también esta la Gran plaza de la paz, entre otros que quizá se me escapan en el momento.

Esta plaza la conozco desde hace unos tres años más o menos pero no fue hasta el día de ayer tuve la oportunidad de detenerme y apreciarla bien, esta plaza esta cerca de la catedral y de la plaza de la paz original por lo que solo es cruzar un pequeño tramo y ya estas en cualquier de las dos.

Esta gran plaza de la paz es una ampliación de la plaza de la paz original, cuenta con monumentos dedicados a las obras de Gabo, cascadas (las cuales prenden sus luces en la noche) arboles, bancas, también cuenta con un bien de interés patrimonial que es la casa Catinchi, a sus alrededores se encuentra la ciclo ruta, y un espacio dedicado al skateboarding en el último tramo. Y aunque no pude caminar por todo el lugar ya que es bastante amplio ni tomar foto a todo, el día se prestaba para tomar fotos lindas desde donde me encontraba y eso fue lo que hice, así que por aquí se las comparto.
