Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero se encuentren super bien, por mi parte bastante feliz y disfrutando de nuestras minis vacaciones en Bogotá. El día de hoy estuvimos caminando bastante, conociendo y paseando, también tuvimos la oportunidad de llegar al centro comercial y almorzar en un lindo restaurante.

El lugar se llama Chilli Chang, el cual es especial en comida asiática y también es un sushi bar. Al llegar nos facilitaron el menú para poder ver que queríamos ordenar, desde antes ya yo sabía que quería comer sushi, así que me centré en esta parte del menú. Desde donde estaba se podía ver el bar así que aproveché de tomar una foto, me pareció super lindo y llamativo los colores de la decoración.

The place is called Chilli Chang, which specializes in Asian food and is also a sushi bar. When we arrived they gave us the menu so we could see what we wanted to order, from before I already knew that I wanted to eat sushi, so I focused on this part of the menu. From where I was I could see the bar so I took the opportunity to take a picture, I thought it was super cute and the colors of the decoration were striking.

Como entrada pedimos unas cervezas club colombia para brindar nuestro reencuentro, unas lumpias de vegetales y unas Gyozas fritas y al vapor rellenas de pollo. La verdad es que todo estaba delicioso, las lumpias fue lo que más me gustó, estaban bastante crujientes por afuera y rellenas de vegetales con un poco de carne que al combinar con la salsa les daba un delicioso sabor.

As a starter we ordered some club colombia beers to toast our reunion, some vegetable lumpias and some fried and steamed Gyozas stuffed with chicken. The truth is that everything was delicious, the lumpias was what I liked the most, they were quite crispy on the outside and filled with vegetables with a little meat that combined with the sauce gave them a delicious flavor.

Como plato fuerte me decidí por un sushi tentación roll, el cual tenía maki crujiente con kanikama y queso crema, con corona de salmón skin y zanahoria tempura, bañado con salsa dinamita y tempura. Mi suegra optó por un risotto que la verdad se veía delicioso.

La verdad es que la atención fue super buena, muy atentos y con respecto a la comida me encantó, me decidí por medio sushi con lo cual me quede bastante llena, se sentía una combinación dulce y salada que me gustó bastante. En total nos gastamos 211.000 pesos Colombianos ($52.87 dólares)

For my main course I decided on a temptation sushi roll, which had crispy maki with kanikama and cream cheese, with a crown of skin salmon and carrot tempura, topped with dynamite sauce and tempura. My mother-in-law opted for a risotto that looked delicious.

The truth is that the service was super good, very attentive and with respect to the food I loved it, I decided for half sushi which left me quite full, I felt a sweet and salty combination that I liked a lot. In total we spent 211,000 Colombian pesos ($52.87 dollars).

Al final fue una excelente experiencia, la cual disfrutamos bastante, de verdad que si tienen la oportunidad de visitar Bogotá les recomiendo mucho este restaurante, nos leemos en una próxima reseña. Un abrazo ❤️
