Burger night at Buffalo Ribs 📍🍔 [ESP-ENG]

Hola chicos, feliz día! Espero se encuentren super bien y que su semana este transcurriendo de la mejor manera, por mi parte bastante bien, disfrutando de mis vacaciones. El día de hoy les traigo otra de mis minis reseñas, esta vez de un lugar que visite hace poco y me gustó mucho, su nombre es Buffalo Ribs y es un restaurante bastante conocido por tener un gran horno con leña, así como también es conocido por vender deliciosas hamburguesas.

Junto con mi pareja y su familia decidimos que queríamos ir a este lindo lugar para cenar algo diferente y así poder compartir un rato agradable, para contarles un poco sobre dicho lugar, el restaurante cuenta con varias áreas, entre esas está la del aire libre o terraza, el área con aire acondicionado y también cuenta con un segundo piso que vendría siendo una zona o área más privada. Nosotros nos decidimos por la zona con aire acondicionado ya que así nos podíamos refrescar un poco, algo que me llamó mucho la atención y me gustó es la decoración, había una linda fuente en la parte de entrada y ya que estamos en temporada de navidad habían muchas luces y decoración alusiva a esta época.

Together with my partner and his family we decided that we wanted to go to this nice place to dine something different and so we could share a nice time, to tell you a little about this place, the restaurant has several areas, among those is the open air or terrace, the air-conditioned area and also has a second floor that would be a more private area or area. We decided to go for the air-conditioned area because that way we could cool off a little, something that caught my attention and I liked is the decoration, there was a nice fountain at the entrance and since we are in the Christmas season there were many lights and decorations alluding to this time of the year.

Lo primero que hicimos al sentarnos en la mesa fue escanear el código QR para ver el menú y así saber que íbamos a pedir cada uno, mi suegra y yo decidimos pedir unas sangrías mientras llegaba la comida, estas estaban super ricas aunque no tan dulces como nos suele gustar, también pedimos algunas entradas como picadas de chorizo y yuca y otra de chicharrón y yuca, ambas estaban muy ricas pero para serles sincera la de chorizo me pareció que estaba mejor. Cada opción de entrada tuvo un valor de $20.000 Pesos Colombianos ($5.21 Dólar)

The first thing we did when we sat at the table was to scan the QR code to see the menu and know what we were going to order, my mother-in-law and I decided to order some sangrias while the food arrived, these were super tasty but not as sweet as we usually like, we also ordered some appetizers like chorizo and yucca and another one of chicharron and yucca, both were very tasty but to be honest the chorizo seemed to me to be better. Each option had a value of $20.000 Colombian Pesos ($5.21 Dollar).

Como plato fuerte opté por unas mini hamburguesas que constaba de 3 hamburguesas pequeñas, cada una con tocineta, queso americano, vegetales frescos y por supuesto con su porción de papas a la francesa. Tuvo un valor de $28.000 Pesos Colombianos ($7.30 Dólar) y la verdad estaba super rica esta opción, la carne estaba bien asada y jugosa, me encantó la salsa de la casa con que las prepararon y aunque eran minis no pude comerlas todas 😅 Debo admitir que siempre le había tenido un poco de miedo a esta opción ya que se veía como un platillo bastante grande o con mucha cantidad, pero al compararlo con otra hamburguesa de tamaño ''normal'' nos dimos cuenta que es prácticamente lo mismo.

As a main course I opted for some mini burgers that consisted of 3 small hamburgers, each with bacon, American cheese, fresh vegetables and of course with a portion of French fries. It had a value of $28,000 Colombian Pesos ($7.30 Dollar) and the truth was super rich this option, the meat was well grilled and juicy, I loved the house sauce with which they prepared them and although they were minis I could not eat them all 😅 I must admit that I had always been a little afraid of this option since it looked like a pretty big dish or with a lot of quantity, but when comparing it with another ''normal'' size hamburger we realized that it is practically the same.

En general el restaurante me gustó mucho, el ambiente, decoración y por supuesto, la comida. Lo único negativo es que para estas épocas los lugares siempre están bastante llenos por lo que la atención tarda un poco y bueno, este no estuvo exento a que eso sucediera. Sin embargo, se disfruta bastante y por supuesto, se come muy rico. Realmente me encantaría volver en otro momento para probar sus carnes en leña que seguro son deliciosas. In general I really liked the restaurant, the ambiance, decoration and of course, the food. The only negative thing is that for these times of the year the places are always quite full so the service takes a little while and well, this one was not exempt from that happening. However, it is quite enjoyable and of course, the food is delicious. I would really love to come back another time to try their wood-fired meats, which are sure to be delicious.
