Tracking Success On Hive - Week 3
I swear it feels like just yesterday when I wrote my week two blog post. These weeks seriously go by fast when you're hustling. While I have many other crypto assets this article is based on on Hive. It's not meant to rub anything in anyone's face or to come off as being snobby. It is simply a way for me to keep track myself to see if I need to pivot assets anywhere or change goals.

That spike is from HPUD Hive Power Up Day which I figured I'd take a part in since Doge coin was inching rather close to the price of Hive at the time. I sold off just a small amount and this isn't even all of it as I heavily invested in other projects, tribes and yes Dcity!

With cub prices being around $2.50 I decided to buy up a bunch. I'll most likely buy into the CUB-BUSD LP next round instead of the den again this week. Providing more liquidity to the pool for when the bridge launches which should be soon.
I made it a mission to hit 10,000 by the 8th of this month. I feel like we are well on track to that now.

One of the biggest contributions to this increase is a small amount of articles increase across more than one tribe covering other topics. I wanted to start exploring in this more instead of just writing within LeoFinance which is still my primary and most likely always will be even over hive.
Need to hit 10k CTP tokens within the next few days. Got heavily distracted and heavily invested into Dcity when 3rd edition cards came out. Most likely another 500 or so hive there.
I've been trying to figure out the best way to upvote content across all tribes effectively and so far out of them all creating a separate account for each tribe seems to be the best. I just hate doing that and honestly don't want to and wish there was a better alternative. Almost like a Hive UI where I could manage everything.
Other goals will be to continue to be top 30 holder in Leo and POB and allocate over 2 hours to curation and commenting per day while another hour or two is dedicated to article writing and then marketing of those articles which brings people in through LEO onboarding.

Great objectives! I've been posting my goals exactly for the same reason, it's a greay way of tracking our own growth. Dcity is something I have to dig in, I have a decent city but been put a little off by this new interface revamp, hating it so far! Hope it's jusy the first impact. Definitely have to check the combinations! Good luck in reaching those objectives!
Awesome post thanks @bitcoinflood. I too share my account growth, tactics and goals on a regular basis. I do it to share my experiences and learnings with others, so that they too can benefit, but it also gets me to focus on my goals and ambitions within the ecosystem.
My core focus areas at the moment seem to be similar to yours:
As you mentioned, engagement is so important and something not to take for granted. We can't just post articles in our own little bubble, we need to market our work to develop loyal readers and upvoters. Being authentic when engaging I have found to be very important, there are no shortcuts, just need to be real and talk to people.
All great projects and tribes I'd encourage you to continue to look into others and expand as much as possible while still retaining the value of your posts and keeping them on topic. I have a feeling we will be seeing many others this year.
I still only have the one HIVE user account, have you created accounts for each project? What additional benefit does that provide?
I haven't at least not yet. The benefits to it are if I'm in the tribe LEO for example and looking to curate content when I upvote from the LEO account I create and only have LEO tokens staked there it means I'm only awarding LEO instead of HIVE with it.
What happens now is I'm not using my full voting weight on all tribes because HIVE runs out so it would allow more control to curate the right content for the right tribes and make sure I'm maxing out all curation for all tribes. It seems like a huge amount of extra work though right now.
Yea I can see the benefits. Does sound like a fair bit of overhead to manage.
