The Advancement of AI Speed Is Key

You might not know it but it feels like every few months we get a glimpse of the epic battle going on in the background that many of us never seen. At this very moment companies and governments are investing extremely heavily into AI on all front.

Just recently we got a glimpse of that once again with the release of OpenAI text to video Ai that's creating just mind blowing visuals off of basic prompts. Now sure there are still some errors in the videos which people will spot and find such as two left legs on the cat video.

But when you compare it to what AI videos were able to do just a few short months ago it's mind boggling and it's only going to get better faster.

Today I want to go over a bit about AI and the speed of which is growing and In particular three main fronts currently with AI.

AI In Governments and War

In which governments are investing heavily and doing their best to gather up resources from other countries and limit those resources to others.

Unfortantlly war is one of the biggest driving factors for innovation and tech. Wars brought us jets, the space race, computers and more. War accelerates everything at a more rapid rate as it really comes down to old instincts of survival of the fittest and well for humans a lot of that is on tech and brain power over anything else.

For AI in war we are seeing it mainly applied to drones but scaling drones to be able to combat things. For example right now many drones are controlled by a human controller however with jammers and other tech quickly hitting the front lines AI is now starting to find its way into it. The biggest of which AI will be able to figure things out on it's own while in the air locating a target and attacking it during the most optimal time making a jammer for video feed scrambler obsolete as it will be controlled onboard.

I mean heck we are even starting to see robots with guns on many levels which are being integrated in with teams of humans.

AI In Companies

Companies are heavily invested into AI and most of the largest AI tools so far like OpenAI are using Nvidia. So there's two major fronts happening on this company level of things.

The hardware side in which will need to be used to compute AI and the materials and resources. The actully AI development in which this hardware is then used in a way to construct and allow AI to advance.

AI In Jobs

Many fear that AI will take their jobs and well to be honest it will. It's another evolution for humans much like the industrial revolution and the nuclear revolution. AI will be another one of those drastic shifts where some people will complain about it and be left behind while others will learn and adapt to it. Again survival of the fittest when you really want to break it down.

This advancement is only speeding up as there's a very high competition between companies, resources and well survival on the front lines. What you see today will be dwarfed within a few months and the landscape we live in today will be changed in many ways.
