Don't Get Hung Up On A Few Assets
Cryptocurrency is going through another round of major FUD today as governments continue to call crackdowns as a wave of ransomware is using bitcoin as cashout options. Let's be honest though if your servers are getting hacked you have a MUCH bigger issue than paying a very small ransomware fine and honestly should be thanking them for giving you a serious lesson in needing to boost your security as it could have been MUCH worse.
In this article though I want to go over my thoughts and not to get hung up on watching just a few of the majors in terms of crypto. Instead start looking at the entire picture and the other projects that have real use cases and are contributing to cryptos adoption. Not every currency is down in fact many are up in a major way as bitcoin continues to loss it's dominance.
Example 1: TFuel or Theta Fuel up 19.9% in the last 24 hours.
TFuel is one I have been writing about for a while including Theta network Theta which is also up 9.3% in the last 24 hours. This is one of the biggest use cases ever where a cryptocurrency network rewards people for being a part of the CDN network. (Content Delivery Network) As video and streaming becomes ever more popular and demanding the need for CDN networks is increases. This provides a fast and scalable solution to continue to expand the network and all the while you earn crypto for helping the network simply by watching your favorite streamer on the Theta.tv Network and earning TFuel the (gas) of the network.
THETA itself is expensive and 10,000 are needed in order to run your own guardian node in the network.

While markets are down it's important to take note of the platforms you believe in and show even more support by buying at new low prices. The fresh injection of capital will most likely pay off in the long run and if it's something you believe in than you can feel good and confident about the investment later on.

Despite that, I see a lot of positive news looming on the horizon. I hope we are in the process of collecting and heading towards the 40k
I saw a few new kingdoms being added but I don't have any of the actual cryptos. I am really tempted to get some CAKE though.

I don’t know the percentages, but Splinterlands assets are up, too. They’ve been steadily rising all week.
Additionally, the list prices and the market prices have had significant gap closure, which I think might imply a growth in stability.
I think assets like this are especially good places to store value right now. I wish I knew of other projects like this on Hive. The roadmap is dynamic and it looks like it’s going to include everything defi has to offer to boot.
I’m very excited to see where it is in 5 years. It’s very cutting edge.
Even if I am able to hold the coins on the Hive blockchain that is pretty much diversification for me right now. Tracking the new currencies is really a challenging aspect and making money on them is even more commitment.
