One of the exciting parts about Web3 and Crypto is the potential to earn some extra crypto. And with crypto being programable money, it allows everyday people to earn crypto by investing time and experience as opposed to making monetary investments alone.

You're gonna do a lot of the things you see on this list anyway, might as well use Web3 tools that have tons of other benefits aside from just earning crypto. The social aspects of these communities in this list can be helpful in finding friends in Web3. These platforms are also really secure. And these are some of the less stressful ways that I've found to earn crypto online.

5 Ways to Earn Crypto Using Skills You Already Have! No Million Dollar Investments Needed!

1) Move to Earn

Move to earn is one of my absolute favorite ways to earn and be a part of a community in Web3. There are some really cool apps in Web3 that allow you to take advantage of your step-tracking and workout data in Web3.

Throughout my experience in Web3, I've probably earned more from Move to Earn than any other earning method using Hive's amazing Move to Earn app @actifit. I pretty much use the app as a step-tracking daily journal, which has been highly effective!

There are also other apps like Step on BNB Chain that allow you to earn tokens for step, along with completing surveys and watching ads. And Defit on Polygon that allows you to earn for specific activities such as running and planned walking workouts.

2) Play to Earn

Play to Earn is my new jam in the Web3. There was a time when a lot of the games in the Web3 Space just weren't that great. but that's not the case anymore.

Even Hive, Which was once thought of as just a blogging platform is starting to get more hardcore games like Crypto-shots and Psyber-x!

If you go on twitch and look at what Web3 Streamers are playing with their audience you might see a lot of cool card games like Warsaken and Splinterlands which are really cool pvp strategy and collection based card games.

I also like to use apps like the Wombat app and Arc8 on my Mobile Device. These are for the WAX and Polygon Blockchains but they have some fun little mobile games and idle games for people who are busy.

3) Sharing Posts About Yourself and Other Topics

On Hive we have a Hive version of the most popular social media platforms that are used by everyday normal people.

We have the Decentralized version of Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, Facebook, Youtube, Craigslist, Instagram, Medium, Spotify (Podcast), and the list could go on...

Basically, this is an amazing place to put any of the content that you're creating on the internet, Hive can handle it all from normal family photos to your favorite YouTuber's funniest skit...

You don't have to be an expert about anything on Hive. Just share a pic and a story about your day. Or you can talk about your favorite sport or different shows, movies, or music that you might be into.

4) Being A Digital Artist and Branding

Since the NFT Boom in the last cycle, it's easy to get things you've created digitally into a digital format and onto an NFT marketplace. It's also easy to add cool features to your art with a lot of the tools people are building for artists in the Web3 Space on platforms like WAX.

You can turn your art into game pieces with different utility all without needing to have a lot of ton of coding knowledge thanks to platforms like Neftyblocks, NFTHive, and the WAXDAO

There's a lot more to the NFT experience than you'd realize until you actually get into the community and see some of the amazing things people are creating. The tools are there, especially on WAX, the only limits to what you can do with NFTs are your imagination.

5) Onboard Others to Web3 Products You Enjoy

One of the absolute best ways to earn in the Web3 space and keep the culture moving forward is to get new users onto the platforms that you use or would be beneficial to them.

There are plenty of opportunities to onboard others to Hive using different onboarding links that also reward you for bringing those new users to the platform.
