Why Equal Pay for All Might Not Be the Best Approach

Everyone wants a job as soon as their studies are over, they get a good job and then their life gets settled. But not everyone is so lucky that they get a job as soon as they finish college. Yes, those who get jobs have worked hard and developed their skills, perhaps this is the reason why they get jobs as soon as they finish college. And since some people are brilliant, it is certain that they will get a job.

And everyone gets the package based on their ability and other things. It is quite impossible for everyone to get the same package. Yes, this happens many times because the company that has come to recruit the student also depends on what they see in the student which other people do not see. After all, everyone has their own perspective towards seeing things, some see one thing and some see something else.

I think it would be very strange if everyone started getting the same salary. Imagine if a person has been working in a SIM company for less than 10 years and a new person is getting same salary, how will the person with 10 years of experience feel? This will create a lot of discrimination. I feel that the new recruit has already felt bad about it. they would love to see there salary but after a few years they too will feel a bit strange.

If everyone gets equal pay, then everyone will steal their work and this will not be good for the company or business. I believe that yes, it seems fair to give pay to people according to their ability. It is a bit strange to make a uniform salary. I don't know what you think, but I believe that everyone should be paid according to their ability and this is the best way. If you pay someone's salary according to their ability, they also feel like that and sure will Perform better next time so that their salary gets bigger.

If everyone's salary increases equally, then who would want to work harder? The company will see everything, but still, it seems a little impossible to see everything. Yes, there are lazy people in every company and some sycophants too, I can say with certainty that there will definitely be such people wherever you work. IF Everyone's salary will ne same then that is not a good thing. In my opinion, if people are given a salary according to their ability and hard work, then it will be a better option which will make them feel like working harder and in this way they will also be happy. Who wouldn't? Wants an increase in his salary.

And if you want to keep the workers happy, pay them their salaries on time and give them a bonus whenever the company goes into profit, give them a bonus, this will boost their morale and they will also remain loyal to the company. Even if you get workers for less money, if you remain loyal to your workers and keep them happy, then they will probably never leave you and will stay with you in your bad times and this will benefit your company because everyone will work diligently. If your behavior is not good with your employees, then they will also not enjoy working and it is possible that they may even leave your company.

And this is a common thing because everyone wants to be respected where they work and their salary should be according to their work and not by flattering anyone. Everyone has a different thinking or so I believe, what do you think about this?
