But there are some things that we cannot forget and we must do so and sometimes it is even a compulsion. And when we see the advantages and disadvantages of a thing, then many people start abandoning or adopting those things accordingly. And when we analyse things a little and after that we decide whether we should leave this thing or not.

This year I have also adopted some small things and some things are little and among the little things, the most important thing is that I have tried to reduce my screen time. Yes, there are many other things that I wanted to give up but this will be very important because as I work in the office 5 days a week on the screen and even after coming home I remain engaged on the screen, so this will bring a lot of strain on my eyes. There is a greater impact and I can feel the damage caused by it. Sometimes, when the workload is high, my eyes start getting very painful and it causes a lot of problems and I am not able to work properly for a few days. But there is a solution to this too, now I cannot reduce my screen time in the office because I have to work there, but I have reduced the screen time after going home and am trying my best to do more of it gradually.

First of all, if you have a subscription to any OTT platform, no matter how cheap it is, if you take the subscription then you will keep watching something or the other and if you keep watching something then it will waste so much of your time secondly, there will be a difference in your eyes. It will happen. And watch other work on YouTube. Shorts are a no at all and do not play on the phone at all. Use the phone only when there is some important work, otherwise, keep it aside. And if you have to reduce screen time working, then you should prefer books. Yes, online. Nowadays it is easier to find everything, but still, random storybooks are lying outside, and articles lying outside, but try to use the screen less than for work.

Nowadays, many audio apps have also come in which you can choose the summary of many books or many more. If you listen to songs on YouTube watch any show or listen to comedy, then you can play it in the background. You don't need to have been watching it, you can also listen to it while doing this work, listening is also very beneficial, I have felt this in the last few days, it has been almost 19 days since I have subscribed to Kuku FM, an app. It is only ₹ 49 per month or not much but after taking it, I have felt some change in my life. Now I have become habituated to it. I have been doing it for 19 consecutive days in the morning and evening. Whenever I get time, I keep listening to something or the other. Be it an investment-related self-help book crime-related or anything else, I am enjoying it a lot. I turn on this side while working. I am here and both my tasks are done and if I do the same thing by opening YouTube or any other platform then only one task is happening at a time, you know, either I can see only that or only my work is being done. So this year I have thought of reducing my screen time and there are many solutions for this, I have told some of them above, what do you think about this?

Reducing the screen time is not going to be easy because almost everything we do our highly dependent on mobile screen otherwise computer monitor. But it will be good if you can reduce the time of it considering from health perspective.
