The Power of Consistency: Small Steps Lead to Big Changes

We all keep trying something new in our lifetime, we like some things very much and we soon forget about some things. It doesn't matter what you do and how much time you give to what, what matters is whether you are doing that thing continuously or not. See, since childhood, we all brush our teeth as soon as we wake up in the morning. If you stop doing this even for a day, then you start feeling the difference like your mouth starts smelling bad and you realize it soon. But all this has become included in our daily routine, so we do not forget it, hardly anyone would forget it. Yes, sometimes things happen to us, but we always find a way out of all these things. As you can imagine, this is a very rare chance, but still, if you forget to brush your teeth, then one way or the other you eat or use things that smell good and which are unharmful. We are not uncontrollable and uncomfortable talking to people.

No matter what you are doing, if you are consistent in anything then you will see the difference. Even if you go for a morning walk, it does not matter whether you are running or not. If you are going in the morning then it will It also makes a lot of difference because you get a chance to breathe fresh air. If you sleep in bed for hours and do not do anything productive in the morning, then your whole day goes like this. If your morning time is a little If you remain productive, your day also goes well. You don't need to start anything but maintain consistency. No matter what work you are doing, you don't need to wake up in the morning and eat vegetables at five. If you are consistent in it, then after some time you start seeing the difference in yourself. You do everything right, you wake up in the morning and meditate for some time, jump rope, there are many things that you can do at home or you can also practice yoga, even if you will not see the results in a few days, but if you do all these things. If you do it continuously then after some time you will start seeing changes in yourself.

I have been here for almost 4 years and I love to be consistent here because I have been successful in doing so. It has gone through a lot of changes, not a lot of me, there are conversations from there, and I get to read new content. There are many more things that happen. I have been here for four years, so I have come to know about a lot of things. If a new user comes, it becomes easier for me to guide them. All these are the benefits of being consistent. If I disappear from here for a few years and am not active here, then perhaps I will have some difficulty in finding things so easily. Whatever work we do daily, we become accustomed to it and we do not have much information about those things. If someone asks some questions about it, then you can immediately answer them about the thing and remain consistent there are benefits too.

If you have to do any task then in the beginning all the tasks seem big but the way to achieve them easily is to break them into small pieces and try to keep track of them. If you are very serious about your course/goals, then you will become consistent yourself. As I have seen, many people here set their targets for many things and also give dates for their goals, what happens is that they do not fulfil their goals. They can track their gold and get some idea of how far away they are from their goal and how much more work they need to do. Even if you are moving with small steps, if you are consistent then after some time even very small steps can take you very far. You just have to be consistent.

If you stop trying in between you lose courage. If you lose then things become a little difficult. Suppose you have decided to read one page of your Delhi book, but due to some reason you cannot read the book for a week, then imagine that next week you will read about eight pages in a day, only then you will be able to achieve your target from the next day. If you want to achieve the target then you can also read two pages a day to achieve it. It will take some time but it will not cost you that much if you can read one page daily then whatever the situation. If you get it, then the load becomes less for you and it is very beneficial in the long term.

No matter how big or small your goals are, just start with small steps to achieve them and then gradually you will see that you will reach far but believe that being consistent is not as easy as it sounds. Many people become unable to do this. I have seen many users here who used to be very active earlier, but now they are not able to do this even after getting stuck in their other work and other circumstances and it is very sad to see this. I try my best that whenever I meet such people or see people who have not been consistent, I push them to remain consistent so that they will benefit in the long term and many people have also benefited from it. Some people have also thanked me, see, I have no use in this, it just takes some time for you to make a habit, like it has happened to me, it can happen to others also, I believe that if you want to take out time. So you can leave and if you don't want to leave, you can make any number of excuses not to.

One trait that separates bloggers that last long and those that don't here is consistency, sure, not everyone can create the best content but everyone can still try posting daily or commenting on others to build their network. People want that familiarity and interact with familiarity so even if you're not really putting out the best content, your chances of getting more social rewards by exposure are raised compared to people sporadically posting and forgotten by their network. Eventually, everyone gets some confidence and posts more and it's a self promoting cycle.

Growth is not linear.

This is a meme, but I couldn't get it in English, sorry for that.
Your post reminded me immediately, the important thing is to continue insisting, despite the moments when the impulse to continue fails.

Consistency is the key for most of the cases. But to be consistent at the beginning need some efforts and after a certain time it become easier to us.
To achieve our goal we can't take a giant step directly because it can bring you most of the time. Taking little little steps with consistency is more effective and that's very helpful to keep us motivated.

I agree with your thoughts.
Our little steps can help us in the long run.
Yes being consistant is not an easy job at all but if we make it our habit then it will become much easier for us.
I think laziness becomes hurdle in consistancy when we do not motivate ourselves then it is difficult to remain consistant.
I like your consiatancy and I am also trying to be consiatant in making good habits.

Little drops always make an ocean. The result is in consistency only if we keep going
