The efforts behind the results

We all do a lot of hard work and effort in our life to complete something at some point. This effort can be physical or mental, and not all are interested to share all the things with others. Some do prefer to keep this secret. There are so many ups and downs in our life but with the things going on still, we do leave our life continuously with the hope in our hearts. If you are working so hard then the chances are the results would be better for what you are preparing. But I think sometimes love does play a vital role in that too.

I have seen so many students who study really hard but when the results are out they are not even close to what they have made. I do feel really sad for them those who spend a good amount of time in their particular field even after that they didn't get good results or output. I am sure we all do know these types of people around us. If you are a working person then sure you do meet your colleagues daily and you do know how they really are.

Yes of course not all are good at work and not all try their best all the time there are so many people in the workplace who only try to pass their time. But I do feel bad for those who work hard and when the time of increment King date it gets a little bit of increment. That is so heartful, I am working for a company for more than 4 years. I did learn so many things during this journey and now I do feel like there is some kind of monopoly going on. I don't think this is everywhere people take favors of those who can be handy for them. This is sad but unfortunately, this is the cruel truth.

When I was at my workplace I have no idea what to do I did learn because I did have a hunger inside me to learn things. I am really grateful for the job which is taking care of my daily life things. I did work really hard in my early days and now I can see the result of that. It doesn't matter what you do the early days are really hard at any workplace even if you are smart or not that doesn't matter a lot in the early days because you don't have knowledge about all the things and how things work in the place you are now. What's slowly as time passes we all did get used to obtainment and we are to learn so many things. How long you can survive on the job totally depends on your attitude, working capability and your behavior among the staff.

The thing is simple if you are new at something or someplace then try to explore it more and ask questions not silly and don't even try to irritate someone by asking a lot of questions. If you will ask questions and clear your doubts then it will be more easier for you to learn things more quickly. So in my early days, my chosen seniors of mine were also helpful and so supportive. But a few did show some kind of attitude at the beginning but slowly we all were friends but in the early days we do have to prove ourselves by our work and capabilities. I did that too, but in the early days, it is really hard to get recognized among the staff even though they don't have that big stop but still.

The most senior member of the staff who is capable or not the boss asked him directly in front of us and for almost 1 year one of the senior didn't think that me and one of my friends are capable to work properly. But I was not disappointed by that because I don't I do have even if I am able to work my seniors are be more capable of me if I do have to prove something then I need to learn more. After that, my seniors and my boss recognized my work and increased my salary even if I was not earning that much at that time but still, I was happy. I used to get disappointed when I see the same salary credit message for months and months. After a few months, I did get used to it and the amount doesn't affect me that much because I was more focused on my work.

To be honest I love my work but I do and my boss does recognize me as a capable employee of his office. If you are in the eyes of everyone then sometimes this can be good and sometimes this can be bad for you too. So my suggestion and in my opinion, is we should try to be neutral neither go below nor try to climb up the ladder so fast. Many did get jealous of that too. I do feel great when I visit my office and now I am capable to help others in their work specially in looking over resolve them most of the time but not all the time. If things are out of my and then I suggest they visit the manager or other seniors. It is okay if you don't know anything just don't pretend like you know but you are unable this time. This gone affected a lot to your reputation and other things too. So if you are making so much effort at something then sooner all letter you will see the results if you are new to a company or if you are learning something then don't try to expect that much earning at the beginning either of that tries to focus on your learnings.

We all do face some kind of discrimination in all workplaces when you do all the work and in the end, there are people waiting to take credit for your work I think this is everywhere. This did happen if everything went too well if something wrong did happen then you do have to be ready to face the consequences. That made us feel angry but this is life don't take things personally all the time sometimes it is better to let it go. What do you think these are my thoughts on the topic see ya.
