Bhai, Aaj ki date mein logo ka stress level itna badh Gaya hain ki ye to sabhi ko normal sa lagne laga hain.

Savere uthate hi mails check karna, reply karna, nashte se phale hi login karna. Aur as bhi nahi mujhe force Kiya jata hain nahi, mujhe aadat si ho gayi hain. Itna stressful hain ki agar galati se relax karne lago to ajeeb lagta hain. Mano, kuch bura hone wala hain.

Todo list mein fun cheeze add to karta hun. But ignore bhi maar deta hun. Samjh nahi aata kya karu. Kal post likhne baitha bhi phir yaar itna thakaan ki kuch creative hua hi isliye 100DEC ke card rent kiya aur SL par 3ghante khela. Ankhe jal Rahi thi, mujhe to sona chahiye tha but pata nahi kyun Mera dimaag yahin par aata hain..

In our society when someone goes to a doctor for any kind of mental treatment people start to think that that person turned into mad. People only love to see it in movies. In real life people criticize it. I think we need to come out from that kind of mentality first.
Reducing screen time is indeed difficult but I stay away from the screen in the daytime mostly because of my university and I spend little time only on my mobile screen.
