Leo Power Up Day is HERE!

Thursday will be the day to partake in Leo Power Up.
This Leo Power Up Day is a special event; it is the first anniversary of Leo Power Up Day.
There is a call to break a record
Last month LPUD came during the Adoption Campaign and over one million Leo was powered up.
This is not the record we are looking to break.
This month we want to see 200 Lions make a power-up today.
The current record stands at 195.
If you are new to Hive, you may not understand the purpose and benefit of Powering Up your LEO Tokens.
The Leo community is one of the fastest-growing communities on Hive.
The token for the Leo community is LEO.
By staking Leo tokens, you are essentially partnering up with the community.
In addition, when advertising is sold on Leo Threads, part of the revenue goes to the Staked partners.
This has the potential to be huge!
There is a little bit more incentive to power up.
You can read more details about the rewards offered.
If you power up at least 150 Leo, then you will also receive one of the newly designed LEO Power Up Day Badges.
To collect the badge, you need to power up before Midnight UTC time which is 8:00 pm EST. on June 15th.

I'm but a Newborn Cub. So my power ups have little meaning. But hopefully, it won't be too long before I join you leading the pack (note to Leo Finance devs - shouldn't it be "Leader of the Pride"?).
