CTP Talk is LIVE again!
You know, a few weeks online is a very long time. When your server is down, people tend just to go elsewhere.
**If you are not aware, there has been a transfer of power in the CTP empire from @jongolson to @threesteps (Rob Willmann).
**
Changing the ownership of sites, domains, tokens, Hive-Engine contracts, etc., is a very daunting task, but Rob has taken the challenge head-on.
In a short amount of frustrating time, Rob has managed to get the Flagship site, CTP Talk, back online.
So everything is back to normal, right?
Not exactly.
The CTP empire has been without a developer for a very long time since @blainjones developed some health issues that required him to step back for the team.
@elianaicgomes did a great job of crash coursing some development lessons and worked very hard to keep things running. She even learned the fine art of "Ninja Kicking" in order to keep things running.
Now, the fun part is for Rob to decipher and redevelop code for all programs under the CTP umbrella.
From what I have seen so far, he seems up for the task. I have watched silently in the discord channel as he updated the community every step of the way. Many people were not very patient, but it would appear that Rob is not short-cutting anything just to get things running.
Rob is still far from finished, but having CTPTalk restored is a huge step in the right direction. (or is that three steps?)

Great to see ctptalk back online. handovers are rarely smooth, but things looking better for CTP now.

That's great to hear that Rob can pick things up and will be able to manage the development part, which was the main issue once Blain couldn't contribute anymore due to health issues.
