Just the tip

So far, today has been a nice day but the pain in my right knee is telling me that I'm going to have a gruelling experience at the warehouse. The hours at the customer service job flies by because I'm genuinely having a good time at the shop.

At the customer service job, we get to interact with a lot of interesting people. Today, I met one of them that gave me quite the tip.

I was told I'd receive tips sometimes and that finally happened today. I reckon that's either a sign that we're doing our job well or the tipper is super nice. Either way, it was an unexpected blessing.

I was told that I'd get tips but since I've been there, all I've seen are people haggling over 1p. Don't get me wrong, I don't think less of them because I understand how difficult it is to get the money but at the same time, it kind of made me doubt that people actually give tips.

We have our regulars but the tip actually came from an unfamiliar face. I guess it's just one of those life lessons about treating everyone nicely and all that.

Anyway, right now, I'm on my way to the warehouse and I really don't want to go. I'll keep doing the two jobs for as long as my body can take it.

I originally planned to do it until January but with each passing day and lost night sleep, it feels like a eternity. I'll listen to my body and act accordingly.

And about tips, people are holding unto money because they don't get it easily. I hope your knee gets better
