For the back

I've been having a recurring back pain for a while now. I do stretches to ease the pain but my hunch is that the problem is from the fact that I've put on a bit of weight.

So, today, I officially started hitting the gym and I have to say, it feels really nice. I didn't take any pictures in the gym because I didn't want to be one of those weirdos that snap pictures in the gym. Then again, considering everyone is doing it, I might actually be the weirdo for not doing it.

Anyway, I intend to a lot of strength training and then beef up my arms as well. I'm not built for that lean stature, I'm more equipped for that stocky thick arm dad bud structure and frankly, I wouldn't want it any other way.

In the past, I actually tried to be lean but I'd been deceiving myself. It didn't only feel unnatural but was also quite a lot of stress.

So, I will be doing some cardio for sure but it won't be my priority. I simply want to embrace my dad bod for what it is and just get that hulk frame.

That’s good to hear man. Just don’t forget leg day, no bullshit! Your legs are going to be carrying you around for the next several decades it’s in your best interest to make sure they are strong!

Lol yeah. My brother made a workout plan for me and there's legs in one of them days.
