This is a very sad experience for your cousin. Life lived with so much enjoyment only to fall to grass isn't the best. With his effort in making things for himself, with his hustling spirit, he was pushed off the chain. I hope he does learn from this.

We don't really or truly learn unless by experience, so almost everyone would make mistakes as such, unless they've not been exposed to abundance. The only terrible mistakes are the ones that are incorrectible. Yes he must've learned.
Yeah, the ones that are incorrectible are the most dangerous ones because they always leave more than a scar.
