Hard to find people who think big
I always have this thought that we have to think big to achieve big. Maybe at least think very big so that in the effort to achieve that, we would be able to accomplish some really bigger things even though we are still traveling towards achieving our primary goal. This also teaches an important lesson that we should have a proper goal set and an approach planned to reach that goal. On some days we might have our motivation and on some days we feel tired and not motivated. We should make use of the good days and use the opportunity to rest on the low-feeling days.
Nowadays it is hard to find people who want to think big or dream big. People are bound to their regular boring busy lifestyle and spend most of their time on entertainment. I would not say anything wrong about them because not everyone wants to achive and and not everyone is interested in achieving something. Just because our path is different, it doesn't mean that we should belittle them.
Dream big
Many great people have said this. We have to keep thinking big. Sometimes elders say that we should think too much about ourselves and only work inside our bandwidth. This will create a big safe zone around us and will also not let us explore the huge world outside that. Dreaming bigger things and thinking about bigger things should be constantly happening because only if we aim for the stars, we would at least end up on the moon. I'm remembering a quote now.
"Dream is not something that comes when we are sleeping. A dream is something that shouldn't let us dream. "
Our dreaming capabilities should be something like this. Whether we achieve it or not is secondary but the great thing is that we would at least give it a try if we keep dreaming big. At least for us to be convinced and be sure about our capabilities, we would be giving it a try if we continuously push ourselves by dreaming big.
No boundaries to thinking and achieving
I sometimes hear a few people saying that they are not very sharp and they can't think big. Mostly they can only do a job like a machine where if they say what needs to be done, they do it. I agree that there are people like that but I would say that it doesn't mean that they are not the one who thinks big or they are not capable of achieving big things. In this context, my conclusion is that everyone can think big and achive big but the biggest problem comes when they don't know what is it that they want. Some people want something else but would be stuck at something else and would push harder with no use.
If people are there in the right place at the right time, thinking big can help, and if they are sincere, they can achive their goals by thinking big and achieving big. Only a few people have the thought that they don't want to lead a normal life or do a very common job. These people always want to achive something good but they might have other hurdles. Removing their obstacles one by one can help in achieving them.

Better to quit toxic environment
Our actions follow the way we think and it determines our lives. People tend to restrict their “thinking and their thoughts direction" which get paralysed to think beyond thus their action too stops. They are satisfied with the smaller achievements they have in their lives and consider themselves as failures for not being highly successful.Every person has different potential and competencies; however, there are a few people who have the potential and capabilities but do not use them. They tend to believe that since they belong to an environment of non-achievers, they too cannot achieve anything. People underestimate themselves and do not believe in their own potentials. This puts a full stop to their belief system and they remain away from their Real Want.

For many of us, the question of 'how' is important may come first. I am also a victim of my thought process in which many big ideas get obstructed and sometimes even crushed by the 'How of it'. To be honest, many times I have dropped any idea at the very early stage without even the full analysis simply discarding it by saying that it's impossible, or too big of a risk or just too absurd.
Dreaming Big also needs clear thinking, without logic one may end up in delusion.
