DEI Wars shows why KYC needs to be kept far from Crypto!

I've been thinking a lot lately on how the world keeps leaning towards disaster, it's really crazy.

I recently learnt something new, to show you how unaware some of us are of many things.

So what's this?

DEI

For those of you that know what that is, you're probably wondering how that relates to crypto, but hang on, you'll get it soon.

For those that don't know what it is, it's cool, I'll tell you in a bit, I only just learned of it myself.

First off, I'm of the opinion that the world would have been better off staying away from each other. What do I mean? I mean countries should have simply stayed in their own lane.

But where's the fun in that, right?

I've seen a lot of white people as they are popularly called(I do not agree with this name) talking about the blacks in their country causing problems. I agree that this is true, and the reason it is happening is pretty clear - the history the media constantly preaches.

But what I've noticed is that in the process of the white voicing this out, they've really ended up being “the people” they have been accused by the media of being, AKA “Racists”.

Do I blame them? Or course not.

That said, some other thing I've noticed is that many Africans are joining this conversation and they are not happy about the constant stigma they get.

You know the funny thing is that there's a huge difference between an American Black person and Say a black born and brought up in a place like Nigeria.

Now this is where I am of the opinion that Africans would have been better off without phones. I didn't know what racism was until the age of 20, but kids(black and white) in the US are already exposed to these topics and this influences how they treat “people” out there.

Some history shouldn't be taught, but unfortunately, in places like the US, you really can't bury anything, the media are thirsty for clicks so they constantly feed it to the numerous 13 year olds that populate social spaces.

So now, worldwide, everyone is learning to hate themselves over what someone else did.

It's disheartening.

Now the proposed solution to this black and white wars is supposedly DEI, which stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Supposedly, DEI refers to organizational frameworks which seek to promote "the fair treatment and full participation of all people", particularly groups "who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination" on the basis of identity or disability. These three notions (diversity, equity, and inclusion) together represent "three closely linked values" which organizations seek to institutionalize through DEI frameworks, even if some scholars argue that, for instance, diversity and inclusion should be decoupled in some cases.

According to Wikipedia

Elon Musk and Mark Cuban have lately been having series of conversations on this via Twitter, with Elon not supporting how DEI is actually playing out and Cuban being in support.

A focus was laid on a Video of some dude(I think the CEO or some) from IBM saying the company should prioritize employing black people. Sorry I can't source all of this, but a quick look at Elon or Mark's twitter page will show all this.

First off, blacks are having some “unfair” advantage here with this DEI and you bet I don't support that nonsense. At the same time, I understand why, it's just business, at face value, this is depriving the whites of jobs, but it is saving these companies some costs and attacks from the media, so tell me, which one would you choose personally?

Employ someone so good(black or white)

Or

Employ someone relatively good(unexposed blacks majority of the time) that will cost less? And get you media praises AKA exposure

DEI is a disease, the skin color wars is a disease, but it started and you best believe it is here to stay.

Solutions?

Crypto is a start

You're probably tired of hearing me say crypto can solve this and that, yeah?

It might sound crazy, and not practical, but at least, at the financial level and remote labor sector, crypto's anonymity technology can help.

There will always be problems when people know that this one is white and this one is black. Some of us don't care if a person is purple, so long as you are good - I for example - but then there's others that can't stand it because of history.

So how do you eliminate it on the financial level? You ensure there are no KYCs, you don't know it's a white man's address so you can't decide “Oh, your police once killed one of our brothers, so I'm gonna hold back 50% of your pay” or knowing that it's a black man's address and say “Oh you black ass nigga deserve less”.

The reason the world is so divided is because it has been divided by default and we simply cannot deal with being different from one another.

Diversity in religion - a disease

Diversity in language - a disease ( remember the bible story of how this difference in language started? Well, that should explain how division started off there.)

When you look at all the areas where there's diversity, skin color, gender, and all that, you'll find hate, because once one from any group does something, the entire group will be known by that action.

Humans judge groups by the actions of individuals.

But you see, we are born into this disease, thus it's unavoidable but it can be controlled to some extent.

At the financial level at least - given that money is making the world go round these days, crypto can help eradicate all that race bullshit there.

To crown this all, if DEI means companies need to prioritize employing based on skin color just to be "inclusive" rather than skill and character, it's absolute garbage, the blacks that are gaining from such should actually be ashamed of it, it's likely mockery.
