I have been having fun playing Splinterlands and earning SPS and the new soul bound cards that can be upgraded to tradable NFTs later in development.

Blockchain Gaming Rewards Analysis

In my last post I talked about the difference between the way ranked rewards are calculated based on the level of your cards.

The new staking requirements replace the collection power system and allow players to climb as high as they want in the respected leaderboards.

If you are looking to earn more, you have the option to either buy the appropriate level cards or you can actually rent them for super cheap.

Silver doesn't pay out nearly as much as Bronze with my current deck so I will stay here and try to increase my rewards.

I am still working on building my deck for Silver which has been really slow with all the changes to rewards.

The rewards changes are ultimately really good for the game, and I am looking forward to seeing further development from this team.

I am getting anywhere from .931 to 1.429 SPS per day from ranked battle rewards plus chests.

With the pump in price action this still hasn't improved much but I am hopeful.

This week I haven't been able to play every day so I am not looking at getting much from the season rewards, but I can look forward to 10 chests today!

This recent change to rewards has actually been an improvement for me so I am looking forward to the next season with bronze season rewards.
