A new month begins! April is here!

I hope this new month is full of opportunities, that it will be a month of many learnings, challenges, growth and evolution in all aspects of our lives.

¡Un nuevo mes comienza! ¡Abril ya está aquí!

Espero que este nuevo mes esté pleno de oportunidades, que sea un mes de muchos aprendizajes, de retos, de crecimiento y de evolución en todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas.

April is the month of spring. Nature dresses up and gives us days of colors and aromas, as the flowers adorn everything with their splendor and fragrances. In this city, I live spring in a different way and I also appreciate it, although everything is green and full of flowers that I love, the sun does not make its radiant presence and caresses us shyly when it appears between the rain-laden clouds.

I like this month very much and I welcome it with open arms and with a heart full of illusions for all the promises that the new days bring us. April was my mother's month and from the first day, we were preparing to celebrate and honor her life in ours. Now, she is not with us, but I see and feel her in every flower that shows its beauty, in each one of those she loved so much: roses, carnations, sunflowers.

Abril es el mes de la primavera. La naturaleza se viste de fiesta y nos regala días de colores y de aromas, pues las flores lo adornan todo con su esplendor y fragancias. En esta ciudad, vivo la primavera de una manera diferente y también la agradezco, aunque todo está reverdecido y lleno de flores que me encantan, el sol no hace su radiante presencia y nos acaricia con timidez cuando aparece entre las nubes cargadas de lluvia.

Este mes me gusta mucho y lo recibo con los brazos abiertos y con el corazón lleno de ilusiones por todas las promesas que nos traen los días nuevos. Abril, era el mes de mi madre y desde el primer día, nos preparábamos para celebrar y honrar su vida en las nuestras. Ahora, no está entre nosotros, pero la veo y la siento en cada flor que muestra su belleza, en cada una de las que tanto le gustaban: rosas, claveles, girasoles.
