MIU embroidered for Holozing (EN-ES)

Greetings, dear friends of @holozing. I'm back in the community to share with you a challenge I set myself when I saw the cute kitty MIU. It seems to me that he is the darling of many, as I have seen beautiful posts inspired by him.

Before I tell you and show you my challenge, I share with you a screenshot of how my rewards are going according to the HP I delegated to the community about fifteen days ago. I'm happy to see the zing staking growing and I'm excited about everything that is to come.

Without further ado, let's show you what I did, this time inspired by the beautiful MIU.

Saludos, apreciados amigos de @holozing. Estoy de vuelta por la comunidad para compartir con ustedes un reto que me propuse al ver al lindo gatito MIU. Me parece que es el consentido de muchos, pues he visto hermosas publicaciones inspiradas en él.

Antes de contarles y mostrarles mi reto, comparto con ustedes una captura de cómo van mis recompensas de acuerdo al HP que delegué a la comunidad hace aproximadamente quince días. Me contenta ver crecer los zing staking y me emociona todo lo que está por venir.

Sin más, vamos a mostrarles lo que hice, esta vez inspirada en el hermoso MIU.

As I mentioned above, this embroidery was a challenge for me. I love embroidering, and I really enjoy this art, especially, I love to embroider flowers, but these animal figures seem very complicated to me, so we have to simulate the fur with the embroidery stitches.

This is the second time that I embroider a figure, recreating the fur of a furry creature. The first time was a Gizmo, it was a big challenge, but I consider that I succeeded.

To embroider the MIU I took the image and transferred it to the embroidery fabric. I started with the eyes in a shade of green, the closest color to MIU's eyes. Then, with a light pink, I embroidered the little ears, and began to fill in the body with short and long stitches to simulate fur.

Como les comenté más arriba, este bordado fue todo un desafío para mí. Amo bordar, y disfruto mucho este arte, sobre todo, me encanta bordar flores, pero estas figuras de animalitos me parecen muy complicadas por lo que debemos simular el pelaje con las puntadas del bordado.

Esta es la segunda vez que bordo una figura, recreando el pelaje de una criatura peluda. La primera vez fue un Gizmo, fue un gran reto, pero considero que salí airosa.

Para bordar el MIU tomé la imagen y la transferí a la tela para bordar. Comencé con los ojitos en un tono verde, el color más parecido a los ojos de MIU. Luego, con un rosado claro, bordé las orejitas, y comencé a rellenar el cuerpo con puntadas cortas y largas para simular el pelaje.

Filling in the whole body of MIU took me two days, I didn't count the hours, but it took a lot of stitches to get it done. With a shade of blue, I embroidered over the stitches already made with the gray color to give the shaded or darker appearance as seen in the original image. I painted the nose in pink, the muzzle, eyelashes and eyebrows in black. I embroidered the edge of the pupil with pink and a light spot on each eye with white.

In addition, I embroidered some little stitches with black on the head and on the lower part of the body and embroidered the name MIU. With these stitches, I finished the embroidery.

Rellenar todo el cuerpo de MIU me llevó dos días, no conté las horas, pero fueron muchas puntadas para poder lograrlo. Con un tono de azul, bordé sobre las puntadas ya hechas con el color gris para dar la apariencia sombreada o más oscura como se ve en la imagen original. Le pinté la nariz de color rosa, el hocico, las pestañas y cejas en negro. Bordé con rosado el borde de la pupila y con blanco un punto de luz en cada ojo.

Además, bordé unas puntaditas con negro en la cabeza y en la parte inferior del cuerpo y bordé el nombre de MIU. Con estas puntadas, di por terminado el bordado.

Did I like the result?

Yes, I loved it! It's one more challenge I have overcome and I'll tell you more. This embroidery has sparked my interest in learning the techniques for embroidering animals. I've already been watching videos and the first one I want to embroider is my little dog Blacky.

I left the MIU embroidery in the frame and mounted it on an easel to adorn my desk.

For now, I'll say goodbye and stay tuned to everything the community brings us.

¡Sííí, me encantó! Es un reto más que he superado y les cuento más. Este bordado avivó en mí el interés por aprender las técnicas para bordar animales. Ya he estado viendo videos y al primero que quiero bordar es a mi perrito Blacky.

Dejé el bordado de MIU en el bastidor y lo monté en un caballete para adornar mi escritorio.
