“In nothingness there is infinite potential”, a phrase for reflexion(EN-ES)

Greetings, my dear friends from .I hope you are well, with health and well-being, and have a happy and beautiful day.

These days I have been listening to the audiobook “The Art of Simple Living”, by Zen master Shunmyo Masuno that my daughter recommended to me and of which she made an excellent review that I share with you so that you are encouraged to read it, it is a really necessary book for life.

From that book I treasured many phrases, today I want to leave here one that I liked very much and that I saved to put it on the board I have at home: In nothingness there is infinite potential.

This phrase shook me deeply, because, at first glance we may associate nothingness with emptiness, it may seem to us a space without meaning or purpose. But it is not so because in its essence is present an infinite world of possibilities, of opportunities waiting to be explored.

En estos días estuve escuchando el audiolibro "El arte de vivir con sencillez", del maestro Zen Shunmyo Masuno que me recomendó mi hija y del cual ella hizo una excelente reseña que les comparto para que se animen a leerlo, es un libro realmente necesario para la vida.

De ese libro atesoré muchas frases, hoy quiero dejar por aquí una que me gustó mucho y que guardé para ponerla en el tablero que tengo en casa: En la nada hay un potencial infinito.

Esta frase, me estremeció profundamente, pues, a primera vista podemos asociar la nada con vacío, puede parecernos un espacio sin significado ni propósito. Pero no es así porque en su esencia está presente un infinito mundo de posibilidades, de oportunidades, esperando ser explorado.

In the nothingness, time and space merge as in an eternal dance and the limitations are created by our limited mind, many times we are not able to see that we are the ones who sabotage ourselves and close the possibilities that are beating in that infinite potential and where everything is possible.

In front of a blank piece of paper where we see nothingness, for example, we can, with our creativity, create a work of art full of colors and their nuances; or, on that same blank sheet of paper, we can express our ideas through words and write wonderful stories.

In the nothingness we can discover that the light of possibility always shines, waiting to be discovered by those who deep down see it all, and are brave enough to look for it.

Let us not be paralyzed in the face of nothingness and let us discover the infinite potential in it.

En la nada, el tiempo y el espacio se funden como en una danza eterna y las limitaciones son creadas por nuestra mente limitada, muchas veces no somos capaces de ver que somos nosotros quienes nos saboteamos y cercamos las posibilidades que están latiendo en ese potencial infinito y donde todo es posible.

Frente a un papel en blanco donde no vemos nada, por ejemplo, podemos, con nuestra creatividad, crear una obra de arte llena de colores y sus matices; o, en esa misma hoja en blanco, podemos plasmar nuestras ideas, a través de las palabras y escribir historias maravillosas.

En la nada podemos descubrir que la luz de la posibilidad siempre brilla, esperando ser descubierta por aquellos que en el fondo lo ven todo, y son lo suficientemente valientes como para buscarla.

No nos paralicemos frente a la nada y descubramos el potencial infinito que hay en ella.
