Family and argentine gifts (EN-ES)

Greetings and blessings, dear #Hive family. I hope you are doing very well, enjoying health and wellness. I hope this week will be very productive for all of you.

Family is the most precious asset that we human beings have, many enjoy the fortune of sharing together the most special moments for the family and others, like those of us who have emigrated, are content to meet through the screens of the different devices that exist today to maintain the ties that bind us together. In this way, we do not miss out on family events and the day-to-day life of those we have left behind in our homeland.

Although I am deeply grateful for the advances in technology that allow us to maintain virtual contact, I honestly feel that a family reunion with the warmth of hugs, laughter and anecdotes is priceless. For this reason, I try to get together with my little family whenever I can.

Thus, there are many families scattered in different countries of the world, which makes frequent face-to-face reunions more complicated. Time does its thing, without us noticing, and when we review the years that have passed, we realize that they have been many.

La familia es el bien más preciado que tenemos los seres humanos, muchos gozan de la fortuna de compartir juntos de los momentos más especiales para la familia y otros, como los que hemos emigrado, nos conformamos con reunirnos a través de las pantallas de los diferentes dispositivos que existen en la actualidad para mantener los lazos que nos unen. De este modo, no nos perdemos de los acontecimientos familiares y del día a día de los que hemos dejado en nuestra tierra.

Aunque, agradezco profundamente los avances de la tecnología que nos permite mantener el contacto virtual, honestamente, siento que una reunión familiar con el calor de los abrazos, las risas y las anécdotas no tiene precio. Por esto, me las procuro con mi pequeña familia cada vez que puedo.

Así, existen muchas familias regadas por diferentes países del mundo, lo cual hace más complicados los reencuentros presenciales frecuentes. El tiempo hace de las suyas, sin que nos percatemos, y cuando repasamos los años que han pasado, caemos en cuenta de que han sido muchos.

Six years have passed since we went to the airport to say goodbye to my daughter's father-in-law the day he emigrated from Venezuela to Argentina. Six years in which a lot of life has passed and, although we have always been close, it is very sad to have to be separated for so long.

Now, we are reunited beyond our borders, in another country. He is visiting Colombia and, for me as a mother, it has been very touching to see the embrace of that father with his son, after six years. It is very strong!

But, well, that is what many of us are experiencing all over the world. After a few hours in the middle of hugs, catching up conversations, anecdotes and laughter, the little gifts brought from Argentina came to light and we thanked them with much affection.

Seis años pasaron desde que fuimos a despedir al aeropuerto al suegro de mi hija el día que emigró de Venezuela hacia Argentina. Seis años en los que pasó mucha vida y, aunque nos hemos mantenido siempre unidos, da mucho pesar tener que estar separados por tanto tiempo.

Ahora, nos hemos reunido más allá de nuestras fronteras, en otro país. Él está de visita en Colombia y, para mí como madre, ha sido muy conmovedor ver el abrazo de ese padre con su hijo, luego de seis años. ¡Es muy fuerte!

Pero, bueno, es lo que estamos viviendo muchos por todo el mundo. Pasadas las horas en medio de abrazos, conversaciones para actualizarnos, anécdotas y risas, salieron a relucir los regalitos traídos de tierra argentina que agradecimos con mucho cariño.

One of these gifts was a bottle of Argentine wine, from the city of Mendoza, which we are delighted to try because we are lovers of this drink of the gods.

On the bottle we read this phrase that I liked very much: "No matter what day it is, every moment shared with intensity can be special, because life is every day". I absolutely agree with these words, because that is what life is all about, to live and share with intensity every moment, since it is the only thing we own and that we carry in our hearts forever.

Also, they brought us some delicious white chocolate alfajores with dulce de leche and coffee that are super delicious. Of course, my favorite is the coffee one, a real feast for the senses with the taste and aroma of freshly roasted coffee.

Later I will share the tasting of this Chancellor III Blend wine that looks good.

Uno de estos obsequios fue una botella de vino argentino, proveniente de la ciudad de Mendoza, que estamos encantados de probar porque somos amantes de esta bebida de los dioses.

En la botella se lee esta frase que me gustó mucho: "No importa que día sea, cada momento que se comparte con intensidad puede ser especial, porque la vida es todos los días". Estoy absolutamente de acuerdo con estas palabras, pues de eso se trata la vida, de vivir y compartir con intensidad cada instante, ya que es lo único de lo que somos dueños y que nos llevamos en el corazón para siempre.

También, nos trajeron unos deliciosos alfajores de chocolate blanco con dulce de leche y de café que son súper deliciosos. Por supuesto, mi favorito es el de café, una verdadera fiesta para los sentidos con el sabor y el aroma a rico café recién tostado.

Después compartiré la cata de este vino Canciller III Blend que tiene buena pinta.

We are still sharing unique moments as a family with my daughter's father-in-law. We are all happy and grateful because it has been a good recharge of love, brotherhood and Venezuelan feeling.

In a few days, he will say goodbye, but we have sealed the promise, from now on, not to let so much time pass to meet again.

Todavía seguimos compartiendo momentos únicos en familia con el suegro de mi hija. Todos estamos felices y agradecidos porque ha sido una buena recarga de amor, de hermandad y de sentir venezolano.

En unos días, se despedirá, pero hemos sellado la promesa, desde ya, de no dejar pasar tanto tiempo para reunirnos de nuevo.
