A Day of Gardening at Home (EN-ES)
Greetings, my dear friends of Lifestyle. I hope you are well, healthy and well being, and that you are enjoying a good weekend.
This sunny Saturday presented itself as the perfect occasion to dedicate the morning to gardening at home. Besides, I was very excited because I have two new maticas that have arrived to beautify my little green corner. These new plants are a succulent and a begonia that I planted from some young plants that I brought from the building's garden.
I started the task by preparing the soil, I stirred it to loosen some hardened parts and removed the dry leaves. Then, I watered them with enough water, I do this every week. What I like most about this moment is the aroma of wet soil that emanates from the maticas and lingers in the air.
While I was watering them, I discovered that my new plants not only stuck well and their roots are strong, but they also have new leaves, which makes me very happy.
At the end, I sat down with a cup of coffee in hand to contemplate with satisfaction the result in my little garden. I see that it is thriving, and I am even very happy that my Christmas Flower is still giving me its beauty and colorfulness.
From these days I treasure the peace and calmness that the connection with the earth gives me.

Saludos, mis queridos amigos de Lifestyle. Espero que se encuentren muy bien, con salud y bienestar, y que estén disfrutando de un buen fin de semana.
Este sábado con solecito se presentó como la ocasión perfecta para dedicarme en la mañana a la jardinería en casa. Además, estaba muy entusiasmada porque tengo dos nuevas maticas que han llegado para embellecer mi rinconcito verde. Estas nuevas plantas son una suculenta y una begonia que planté de unos hijitos que me traje del jardín del edificio.
Comencé la tarea preparando la tierra, la removí para aflojar algunas partes endurecidas y retiré las hojitas secas. Luego, las regué con suficiente agua, esto lo hago cada semana. Lo que más me gusta de este momento es el aroma a tierra mojada que emana de las maticas y queda en el ambiente.
Mientras, las regaba, descubrí que mis nuevas plantas no solo pegaron bien y sus raíces están fuertes, sino que también tienen hojitas nuevas, lo cual me hace muy feliz.
Al finalizar, me senté, con un cafecito en mano a contemplar con satisfacción el resultado en mi jardincito. Ya veo que está próspero, incluso me hace muy feliz que todavía mi Flor de Navidad está regalándome su belleza y colorido.
De estos días así, atesoro la paz y la calma que me proporciona la conexión con la tierra.
