Retiring after a long or short career, the truth is time ends everything, ruling of the most powerful person, the plights and agony,small laughter and big achievements, the most glorious life to the ones which have little value to the society and elsewhere.
Everything once has to end and that's one of the bitter truth that life has in offer for us, we retire,we pass from past to the present to the future and taking away almost everything in between - that is time, the most cruel part of all - leads the case.

Retirement can be a fact to acknowledge, even the best performances in the rising youth might seem as if the athlete can continue to eternity and most of them wishes to stay young, stay in green,and vibrant as if youth will prevail all the time. But, the real condition is that the body can take upto certain limit, the fitness, training and all the sessions in the practice field to prepare the body for the matchup is the activities which is mandatory for all sportsman.

Retiring after a long career is a tough take to have when you are to face a press conference,full of news journalists, media coverers, correspondents and media officials to know how you feel retiring, how the fans should feel and whether they keep as a legend or the average one's who have already left playing.
Few and far, 90% of the athlete retire from a keen sense, when they start to feel there is nothing more to give to the sport and already most of the possible achievement and benchmarks been achieved,the rest of others retire when they feel - the family deserves their time and love.
I think,you would see big soccer superstars to retire and on that list,Messi would be the person who will shake the world when he declare to retire and play no more, not a single kick during soccer matches. I think,most of the folks wouldn’t stand idle and let him go,as since he already achieved, in fact- more than achieved a legend can make out from a sport and he gave football everything and football provided such "gifts", that most of the soccer athletes wouldnt complete that in dreams and imagination.
I wrote a post earlier about one of my favourite player in cricket, the Bangladeshi current ODI captain Tamim Iqbal who retired yesterday and after some political and social requests and lobbying he returned to playing, cancelling out the retirement letter sent to the national cricket control board.

I have never seen such a huge protest and people’s resistance against a retirement issue been taken and emotional call floated from the decision in Bangladesh history. I can remember the day when Messi failed to win a trophy for Argentina and there were people and fans like us who scolded him so much to be a Barca Messi rather than being Argentine Messi.
Retirement should be a well thought issue, rather than taking an emotional turn on the spur of the moment. Retirement can be lifted off any time when the player feel to come back again and the history has seen many times such drama's. Through such decisions, media takes profit to have such issues in hand, the audience and fans engage in social media and politicians to exercise their powers from time to time.
Nothing happens in between. Retirement was a matter of sad and sob stories,of reminiscence and nostalgia, because an era and decades time passing and memories to keep flowing, but nowadays such events have become issues of comedy and amazement,. Nothing else, I predicted such things earlier and today the proof has been cleared off.
