My favourite Bike!

Every boy dream is to ride his favourite bike. My favourite bike is Bajaj Pulsar 150 black color. I didn't get to ride my own until 2019, I drove Passion Pro, Splender, Apache, FZ, Bullet, Avenger which all belongs to some of my friends. Even though I drove all these model, my only favourite bike is Pulsar 150. Due to middle class situations, I didn't ask my father to buy me a bike and I thought maybe after getting job I would buy one for me.

Even after five years completed after my Engineering, I didn't get any job. One fine day my friend referred me in his company and I was selected, but the salary was only Rs.10,000/-, which is not even sufficient to bare my expenses in Bangalore. But, to go to office daily I ride my friend bike who referred me. His bike is also the same model as my favourite. After my joining, he was placed in another client location for a few days. Hence he gave his bike to me to look after it and also for me to use it.

Being the same model as I wished to ride it to my work place, I was so happy. These happyness really lasted for a whole month and then I was shifted to another client location. With that salary I really lose hope to purchase my favourite bike with my own money. There I had to make my journeys from room to office through public commute like buses, metro trains. After six months of these situations, the news of my father ill health made me go to my home town and during that time only he passed away. After his expiry, his benefits came one after another in the form of money.

With that benefits my father provided even after his death, I purchased my favourite bike. A total of Rs.1,10,000/- has cost me for it. The joy I felt when I ride my bike couldn't be expressed in words. There is a difference in feeling when we get ride our own bike and other's bike. At the time of purchase, I wanted my bike in black color without any silver linings. But the company has keep on upgrading the features and in that upgradation, color changing is also one of them. Therefore I had to settle for black color with silver lining stripes.

Since I didn't get what I wanted as the color, I named her blacky. Within just around two years of purchase, I drove almost around 45000 Kms. Since I hate journey through bus, train, maximum I used my bike to reach the nearby destinations like around 200Kms. Most of the mileage is from when I was working in another town which is like around 100kms per day up and down. My second favourite bike was Apache 160 2018 model. It's handle grip and the fast it can go on a highway and the smooth riding it gives is all and all good. If I didn't had a favourite bike, I would have purchased it even in seconds too. That much that model has attracted me towards it.
