Oh friend thanks a lot! I just checked your Bio and saw that you're a film maker, that satisfies my intuition of you wanting a time lapse video.
To be honest, I really want to record my progress each time I work but I don't have the basic tools yet and most times I work from my phone, so I am only able to take progress photos only.

This is gonna be tough, but each time you do a stroke to clean the pen take a picture ;) I wish I could record it myself.
Ohh that's no big deal.
You know what.. I like videography too.
I have learnt some basic things on premiere pro, have edited a simple dance video with it.
