Our brain constantly abandons the basics and finds new shortcuts and tricks. And marketers vend this veritably well. shortcuts or tricks aren't bad, but in their pursuit you ignore the effects that count most.

Five introductory factors are most important in the life of a youthful pupil.

1. Study in inflow state for 3 hours in the morning.
2. To revise regularly.
3. Program and visualize your mind every day.
4. Getting good sleep.
5. Reduce destruction.

Your first target should be that you become an expert in these five basics. Therefore, make targets for every week and every month and keep improving yourself.
