I am a resident of Sagaing City, Sagaing Region, Myanmar, so I have written a few invitation letters to Sagaing City. Most people know Bagan. It is world famous for its Myanmar art works and stupas. Sagaing is called the second Bagan. Sagaing is still called ""Zeyapura"".

ကျွန်တော်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့မှာနေထိုင်တဲ့သူဖြစ်တော့ စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်တဲ့စာ အနည်းငယ်လောက် ရေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ပုဂံကိုတော့ လူအများစုက သိကြပါတယ်။ မြန်မာ့အနုပညာလက်ရာတွေနဲ့စေတီပုထိုးတွေကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာကျော်ပါတယ်။ စစ်ကိုင်းကို ဒုတိယပုဂံလို့ ခေါ်ကြပါတယ်။ စစ်ကိုင်းကို "ဇေယျာပူရ"လို့ ခေါ်ကြပါသေးတယ်။

I don't want to write about history, so I won't mention the history of Sagaing. Sagaing residents are mostly honest and calm people. Since it is a city where Buddhism flourished, they want to live peacefully under the teachings of the religion.

သမိုင်းအကြောင်းကိုရေးချင်တာမဟုတ်တဲ့အတွက် စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ရဲ့သမိုင်းကို မဖော်ပြတော့ပါဘူး။ စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့သူမြို့သားတွေက အများအားဖြင့် ရိုးသားပြီး အေးအေးဆေးဆေးနေကြတဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာထွန်းကားတဲ့မြို့ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် သာသနာရဲ့အဆုံးအမအောက်မှာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာနဲ့နေချင်ကြပါတယ်။

To this day, Buddhism flourished, and the townspeople still do charity work every day, and Buddhist events are held seasonally. But since the time of Covid-19, not only religious events but also other events have decreased. At this time, they are re-organizing as much as possible.

ယနေ့ချိန်ထိတိုင်အောင် ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာထွန်းကားပြီး မြို့သူ မြို့သားတွေဟာ အလှူအတန်းတွေကို နေ့စဉ်ပြုလုပ်နေကြဆဲဖြစ်သလို ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဆိုင်ရာပွဲတွေကိုလည်း ရာသီအလိုက်ကျင်းပကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့်ကိုဗစ် ၁၉ ကာလအချိန်မှစပြီး ဘာသာရေး သာသနာရေးဆိုင်ရာပွဲတွေသာမက အခြားပွဲတွေလည်း နည်းပါးသွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ယခုအချိန်မှာတော့ ပြန်လည် တတ်နိုင်သမျှပြန်လည်ကျင်းပနေကြပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Since Sagaing is a flourishing Buddhist city, there are many pagodas. That's why you always see pagodas when taking photos. There are still many religious buildings in Myanmar's ancient history that are still intact.

စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့က ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာထွန်းကားသောမြို့ဖြစ်တာကြောင့် ဘုရားစေတီများစွာရှိတယ်။ အဲဒါကြောင့် ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်တဲ့အခါ ဘုရားပုထိုးတွေကို အမြဲမြင်ရတယ်။ မြန်မာ့ရှေးဟောင်းသမိုင်းတွင် မပျက်မစီး တည်ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်သော ဘာသာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အဆောက်အအုံများစွာ ရှိပါသေးသည်။

In the past, there were many people who visited Sagaing, but now, because the country is not peaceful, there are fewer visitors. There are few other pleasures, but the coolness of the pagodas relaxes the visitors. In addition to handicrafts of Sagaing locals, you can find other local handicrafts.

ယခင်အချိန်တုံးက စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ကို လာရောက်လည်ပတ်ကြတဲ့သူတွေ အများအပြားရှိခဲ့ပေမယ့် ယခုအချိန်မှာတော့ နိုင်ငံမအေးချမ်း မတည်ငြိမ်တဲ့အတွက် လာရောက်လည်ပတ်သူ နည်းပါးပါတယ်။ အခြားပျော်ပါးစရာတွေ နည်းပါးပေမယ့် ဘုရားစေတီတွေရဲ့ အေးမြတာကြောင့် လာရောက်လည်ပတ်သူတွေကို အပန်းပြေစေပါတယ်။ စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ ဒေသခံတွေရဲ့ လက်မှုပစ္စည်းတွေအပြင် အခြားဒေသထွက် လက်မှုပစ္စည်းတွေကိုပါ တွေ့နိုင်ပါတယ်။

You can go to the banks of the Irrawaddy River in Sagaing to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and Sagaing Bridge. They will be able to breathe clean and fresh natural air. In the past, visitors from abroad walked on Sagaing Bridge. They take pictures as they please. They exercise while breathing clean natural air. Currently, I don't know if they are allowed to attend the Sagaing Bridge.

စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ရဲ့ ဧရာဝတီမြစ်ကမ်းဘေးကို သွားရောက်အပန်းဖြေကြရငါးနဲ့ သာယာလှပတဲ့ ရှုခင်းနဲ့ စစ်ကိုင်းတံတားကြီးကိုလည်း ကြည့်ရှုလေ့လာနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သန့်ရှင်းပြီး အေးမြလတ်ဆတ်တဲ့ သဘာဝလေတွေကိုလည်း အားရပါးရ ရှုရှိုက်နိုင်ကြမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အရင်ကတော့ နိုင်ငံခြားကနေ လာရောက်လည်ပတ်ကြသူ‌တွေက စစ်ကိုင်းတံတားကြီးပေါ်မှာ လမ်းလျှောက်တယ်။ စိတ်တိုင်းကျအောင် ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ကြတယ်။ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ သဘာဝလေကိုရှုရင်း လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်ကြတယ်။ ခုချိန်ကာလမှာတော့ စစ်ကိုင်းတံတားပေါ်ကို တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြု မပြုတော့မသိပါ။

At this time, there is no peace and stability in all parts of Myanmar, and there is a lack of law and order, so there are not many domestic tourists, let alone foreign tourists. I also suggest that you should come and study in Sagaing when you have the chance in the future.

ယခုအချိန်ကာလက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အနှံ့အပြားမှာ တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းမှုမရှိတဲ့အပြင် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးနိုင်မှု နည်းပါးနေတဲ့အတွက် နိုင်ငံခြားသား ခရီးသွားပင်မဆိုထားနဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းခရီးသွားတွေပင်နည်းပါးနေတဲ့အချိန်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နောင်တချိန်မှာ ကြုံကြိုက်တဲ့အခါ စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ကို လာရောက်လေ့လာသင့်ပါကြောင်းလည်း အကြံပြုလိုက်ပါတယ်။
