April Hive Power Up Day (I reached my 2,000 HP Goal)

I had a goal last year that I did not achieve due to my financial situation, a lot of expenses should be paid and we were also experiencing a shortage of cash (which might be because of inflation and other aspects. It was hard for me to save and buy more HIVE and HBD. I always wanted to grow my account and Hive power to increase my vote value and influence in the community.

To make it short, I had some extra money from my scholarship and savings, so I decided to buy some HBD in P2P. In total, I accumulated over 100 HBD which is still huge when you convert it into our fiat. My total earnings from author rewards last month was also included here but it is not that huge.

Anyway, I decided to power up only 99 HP, and the remaining is set to trade some HIVE. I am also thinking of powering up all of them when the market becomes boring. But since the market has become interesting in the past few weeks giving some price increases, I am hoping to get a little profit from it. If not, I will just power up everything. But I will also need to reserve some to buy $LEO tokens since I am also setting a goal in the community and participating in that huge community. They are becoming popular on the chain and why not try jumping on the bandwagon? Seeing their roadmap and objectives, I don’t see anything bad when it comes to the investing part (not financial advice lol)

In summary, I powered up 99.639 HP and had a total HP of 2003 HP. This is a huge step in my account, I never powered down since I joined, if you see power down on my past transactions, it might be part of exploring the platform during my early days.

But I do not have any plan as of now about abandoning my account. Even though I rarely write and publish, I am always trying to make way about curation (trail) for passive income and reading other blogs to keep my activity active.

2000 HP goal achieved, what now?

My plan for now is to accumulate 500 LEO tokens and add more HP, about 200 HP, perhaps? But I can see that this will be a slow progress due to my inconsistent buying of HIVE (because of my expenses in school), I can’t write much because I am also busy with school, literally! I can’t even rest because of the workload, etc.

Nevertheless, I am still aiming for my goals!
