Enjoying every day

Living and enjoying one day after the other, we do not require special days or any company to enjoy a different moment. Today I share with you that I celebrate life with joy because I feel better in health, because I have incredible friends, I celebrate the passing of the years and I appreciate everything I learn.
There are many things missing for which to celebrate each step I take, so for now I continue my life without many complications, without thinking much about what is to come but living in the now. These photos I'm not from today, but they evoke a special moment in my life, in which I was going through a very difficult time and I decided to undertake this trip, as a form of relief and to get away from everything that I was experiencing in that difficult moment.

This trip was a revelation for me, because it helped me understand some things and also how to deal with others. I also took the opportunity to learn a little more about the history of the island, in the company of my friend and her daughter, whom I have not seen for many years now, but my mind wants to see them again very soon. I have always thought that dreaming costs nothing, the first step we must take to achieve something is simply to dream it, so I know that one day we will meet again.

Having the opportunity to live today, one day at a time, has its advantages because it keeps us from having anxiety about what we don't know will happen, and worries about what has already happened and will no longer be.

Disfrutando cada día

Viviendo y disfrutando un día tras el otro, no requerimos de días especiales o alguna compañía para disfrutar de un momento diferente. Hoy comparto con ustedes que celebro la vida con alegría porque me siento mejor de salud, porque tengo amigos increíbles, celebro que los años pasan y agradezco todo lo que aprendo.
Faltan muchas cosas por las cuales celebrar cada paso que doy, por ello por ahora continúo mi vida sin muchas complicaciones, sin pensar mucho en lo que viene sino viviendo el ahora. Estas fotos no soy de hoy, pero evocan un momento especial en mi vida, en el cual atravesaba un momento muy difícil y decidí emprender este viaje, como una forma de desahogo y para alejarme de todo lo que estaba viviendo en ese momento tan complicado.

Este viaje, fue toda una revelación para mí, porque me ayudó a entender algunas cosas y también como afrontar otras. También aproveché para conocer un poco más sobre la historia de la isla, en compañía de mi amiga y su hija, quienes tengo muchos años sin ver actualmente, pero que mi mente desea volver a verlas muy pronto. Siempre he pensado que soñar no cuesta nada, el primer paso que debemos dar para lograr algo es simplemente soñarlo, por ello sé que algún día volveremos a encontrarnos.

Tener la oportunidad de vivir el hoy, un día a la vez tiene sus ventajas porque nos aleja de tener ansiedad por lo que no sabemos pasará y aleja las preocupaciones por lo que ya pasó y ya no será.
