HELLO HIVE!

Un regalo de amor, donde desde una imagen quiero expresar lo que una madre percibe al recibir cualquier presente de su pequeño, porque es como si dieran el cielo desde sus manos, y es que en cada pequeño paso que dan vemos como crecen, como su corazón quiere demostrar amor, ese que viene intrínseco porque hay una conexión irrompible entre los dos seres.

Que bonito se siente ser mamá, podría decir que para la mayoría de las mujeres es uno de los mejores regalos que nos ha permitido la vida, es la dicha ser la portadora de los latidos del futuro, del calor de un alma hambrienta de experiencias, de un torbellino de emociones que van aprendiendo a canalizarse con nuestra guía.

Para realizar esta ilustración decidí inspirarme en la imagen de Alma, mi hija, una pelirroja apasionada, que vibra desde su creatividad, que siente la naturaleza como si formaran parte de una misma piel. Un espíritu colorido que ama como el cielo, infinito. Por eso pinté el cielo en sus manos.

A gift of love, where from an image I want to express what a mother perceives when receiving any present from her little one, because it is as if they were giving the sky from their hands, and in every little step they take we see how they grow, how their heart wants to show love, that which is intrinsic because there is an unbreakable connection between the two beings.

How beautiful it feels to be a mom, I could say that for most women is one of the best gifts that life has allowed us, it is the joy of being the bearer of the heartbeat of the future, the warmth of a soul hungry for experiences, a whirlwind of emotions that are learning to be channeled with our guidance.

To create this illustration I decided to be inspired by the image of Alma, my daughter, a passionate redhead, who vibrates from her creativity, who feels nature as if they were part of the same skin. A colorful spirit who loves like the sky, infinite. That's why I painted the sky in her hands.

Inicié haciendo el boceto desde sus manos con el cielo en ellas ya que es el centro de la composición y de ahí partirían el resto de las extremidades.

I started by sketching from her hands with the sky in them since it is the center of the composition and from there the rest of the extremities would start.

Para dar color a la ilustración decidí utilizar acuarelas porque permite expresar suavidad y esto lo simula la ternura infantil.

To give color to the illustration I decided to use watercolors because it allows to express softness and this simulates the childish tenderness.

Después de aplicar los colores bases decidí añadir detalles como pinceladas de rojo más intenso para dar movimiento y forma al cabello, amarillo más intenso para la profundidad en el vestido. Y para finalizar, constrasté con un naranja en el fondo, acompañándolo de una yerba entre colores verde oscuro, verde claro y amarillo lo que refleja su conexión con la naturaleza. Los elementos enredados en el cabello refieren a la creatividad, la inocencia y la alegría que nace en los niños al jugar.

After applying the base colors I decided to add details such as more intense red brushstrokes to give movement and shape to the hair, more intense yellow for depth in the dress. And to finish, I contrasted with an orange in the background, accompanied by a grass between dark green, light green and yellow, reflecting her connection with nature. The elements tangled in the hair refer to the creativity, innocence and joy that is born in children when they play.
