My First Hive Power Up Day. 💃

Hey, I am so excited to join the September Power Day.

Today is a peculiar day because it is my first time powering up ever since I joined Hive.

I have seen a lot of people do the HPUP monthly as I couldn't comprehend what was going on, I think I took one step at a time until I fully understood what it meant to power up.

Two weeks ago, I celebrated my First Hive Anniversary and I was amazed at the growth, The only thing I wasn't so happy about was my Hive power, I have always wished to celebrate my first Hive anniversary with about 1,000 Hive Power but unfortunately, I celebrated it with 886.000 Hive Power.

From that moment, I realized I needed to be more intentional about my growth on the blockchain by staking more Hive which was why I chose to power up about 20 Hive today.

After powering up I now have about 918.417 HP and I hope to hit 1,000 HP before the end of the year, I know with consistency and effort I will reach my Hive Power Goals.

I was able to check my stats so far and I am impressed at my growth.

I have never powered down before and I am happy and I hope I do not find myself in a situation where I'll have to power down.

I began this year with 0 curation rewards, but today I have about 8 curation rewards.

This proves that my engagement level is very impressive, and I do not plan to slow down either.

I have been greatly inspired by a lot of authors here that I engage with, Most of them have been a force behind my growth unknowingly to them, They constantly show up with quality content, and some even share DIY articles on how to navigate around Hive and I am learning every day.

Hive buzz is never left out as I get encouraged by the buzz all the time.

My growth on Hive has been a success and I feel my hard work and commitment are gradually paying off, I have disciplined myself to stay consistent which was why I withdrew about 200.000 HBD two weeks ago to get myself a gift for my first Hive anniversary.

Hive has impacted hugely on my life, my writing has greatly improved and my knowledge has broadened.

Hive has taught me how to be a good investor and how to save.
I have made it a target to save about 5HBD every week and that has yielded great interest for me.

Anyone who wants to be on Hive should be ready to go beyond writing, they should be able to make sacrifices, stay committed and engage genuinely.

I am excited to be a part of this great platform and I am happy to join the Power up day for the first time.

I hope to earn more HPUP badges and enjoy my stay here on Hive.
