WazirX Launched India's First NFT Marketplace

Wazirx exchnage had announced a couple of months back that they are going to launch the NFT marketplace for the Indian crypto community and now this marketplace is live. They made it live for users on 1 June and now wazirx users and the Indian crypto community have the option to buy NFT easily.

NFT is a new trend in the crypto space along with Defi. Now since more people are taking entry so exchanges try to get the benefit and even Binance is about to launch their NFT market soon. In fact, WazirX is owned by Binance so hopefully, it will bring more convenience to finance and wazirx users once the Binance NFT marketplace goes live.

the NFT marketplace currently has around 300 creators, including some celebrity artists and creators. WazirX also announced that they had received more than 15,000 applications from creators and collectors to register on their platform. More importantly, there will be no listing price for NFTs, meaning creators won't have to pay a fee to list their NFTs on the platform, which is a common fee seen in NFT platforms.

I have used rarrible platform to buy NFT and now since wazirx has given this option to it would be good to see and bag some nice NFT that can bring more value in the future. We know that NFT is a kind of digital art that we can own and it is unique. This art piece is recorded on the blockchain and no one can steal it however we always have the option to transfer or sell it to anyone. I am not much aware of this segment but would like to know more and shortlist some low price but hive value NFT.

As of now the only option to buy NFT on wazirx is to pay through WRX token. There is no other way however I have seen many nft accepting ETH as a payment option. This will help to increase the utility of WRX coins and I expect that if more people use this NFT platform then we can see increased demand for WRX tokens. WRX coin has already made history but with this, I expect its price to go even higher and I would not be surprised if it follows the trend of the BNB coin in terms of price appreciation.
