Holozing - A Month of Progress and Transparency in Web3 Gaming
I have been tracking the update/progress of the Holozing game and its been a month now. The token distribution was launched on 21st October and since then I have seen the growth in the game people are trying to be part of this game. It is good because for any game having more players is always good and this growth is visible.
Holozing Game has only launched its website and the token which is called Zing and this token is tradable in Hive-engine exchange as of now. This is an internal exchange for hive users and maybe later on this token gets listed on some other external exchanges but I have no update about it and we get to know if something is planned by the game team. For any game project, it's very important to have a vibrant community and it plays an important role in the growth of the project as well because if the community believe in the team then they participate in various innovations. I think for any game it is very important to keep the community updated but unfortunately, not every project follows this.
Transparency
@holozing published its first-ever stats and financial report and this is the first time I have seen this kind of update coming from a game project. This is a very good practice and even it's not just limited to the gaming project but most of the projects on crypto do not share their financial status with the community. I'm not sure about the region but maybe they just do not want to keep things open however I believe this can be a good east step if it is followed because this is how they can gain more trust from the people.

This is an interesting post that can let you know more about the project and how they are planning to go ahead in fact, the team did not shy away from sharing that they are in depth as of now. Another interesting part is that they have a plan in place that how they are planning to overcome these issues which is obvious because every project needs more funding in the beginning for the development phase. I must appreciate what they have done and it's a new thing for me. I'm sure many people would agree with me that they have not seen this level of transparency with most of the project and I expect this to be a regular practice.
Game Economy
Here is the snapshot I have taken from the post and it has everything. The cost bifurcation for different heads and they have shared what expenses they incur as of now. Its obvious that this might change later but good to know about this. As of now, the primary focus is on development and its good because the launch is anticipated in Q1 next year and they don't have much time left. Development is a time-consuming process and sometimes the testing process can also be a tedious task.
This type of financial report is a great initiative I would say and I hope that this will build more confidence and gain that community's trust which is the key to success. I'm excited about this gaming project and I know that I'm not the only one because there are so many people sharing the same thoughts. This type of report is a great start and most of the comments on the post are good as they like it. Kudos to @acidyo for making this and sharing it with us.
Community
I think that Holozing has fantastic community support and their hive power clearly shows this. They have over 3 million hive power delegated and it shows that the hive community believes in the project. Usually, people delegate their HP to any reliable project and this massive delegation is proof that the community is counting on the project and looking forward to the game.
Even the game has considered the community as the priority and this is why they have provided a bunch of options to earn Zing tokens. They have created four ways to earn their token and it is a great opportunity for us to be part of the project and build a better holding of the token depending upon how we want to proceed. Since there are multiple options to choose so one can go ahead with one or more than one option depending upon the preference but ultimately all this brings some reward in the form of the zing token. Some people have also shared a comparison between the curation reward and the zing Reward which is cool but I have not calculated it however I know that it is better to delegate to holozing and earn a fantastic reward. Maybe later I will go through this to do some calculations but for now, I am happy with whatever I am getting as part of the delegation reward.

This option has been added recently and it's good to see the list of contributors where we have some amazing people on top. I am glad to see myself on the rank 78 which I think is not bad but I will try to grow it over time.
I have already enabled all the options available to earn the token including the liquidity pool and I'm glad that I'm getting a good number of tokens every day. Since the delegation reward is the safest and best way to earn more zing tokens, I increased my delegation towards the project a couple of days back and this has also increased my zing reward. The token utility has not been shared by the project but I believe we should be able to see it soon once there are more updates shared by them.
My Zing Stake
I have made it over 10K tokens already and am now moving towards making 12K soon. This stake is earning an APR of almost 110% as of now and this is something I like a lot. There are always some additional benefits for the people who join the project in the early days and this is why on this project I did not miss even a single day I did my delegation before the game launch so that I did not miss the opportunity of early joining. I'm glad that I have taken the decision to join this fantastic gaming project at the right time and this has helped me to build a decent stake in Zing Token in just one month of its launch.
I know that having more tokens makes me feel like having even more and this is a kind of thought that will never end. I also see a lot of people coming here and they are trying different ways to accumulate more tokens and I believe that there is more power in the token economy when it is distributed among more people. Now I'm able to earn Jing through all 4 options whereas I can see a drop in the liquidity pool but it's fine because I get a good number of tokens. I joined it when the APR was more than 1500% and it drops when more people participate in the pool.
My strategy for the game is going to be the same which is accumulation and I will continue to do this. I'm not sure What the token price would be after the game launch but this time I believe it is a good opportunity for us to grab as much as possible. Later when the price goes up after the game launch then it might not be possible to get more and this is why I see it as a great opportunity to build a decent zing stake that will be helping later on with in-game utility. Nauseous there are a couple of months for the launch I hope that in this. Be able to have about 40 to 50K tokens in total and I will try to see if there are good buying opportunities in the market that I can also utilise to grow my holding faster.

Those who delegated from the beginning got good rewards, right now delegation rewards are shrinking.
Joining early is more beneficial in most of the projects. Although now APR is dropping but still its way better than traditional curation APR.

Actually, I think the same and it is good that the Holozing team showing transparency which is actually a nice thing and this game is on the right track. As expected, the token price is going down so it will be an opportunity to buy some zing.
