Before discussing a strategy let me first describe little about re-balancing bot. I am the #Binance user and this exchange have this feature which is amazing.

In re-balancing you can select many coins depending upon your money you have. The coins are inter-traded with each other balancing your portfolio. All the coins will be bought in equal percentage you allot in the beginning.

Let suppose you have $1000 and you have chosen 4 different coins. And to each coin you have selected a fix percentage of 25%. By doing so the bot will maintain the 25% share all the time.

If suppose any of your coin increases in price then the bot will keep on selling it to balance your portfolio. Suppose coin "A" has increased in price then it will sell the profits and keep on buying coin "B" to maintain the balance percentage you have selected in the beginning.

This is how the re-balancing bot works. The strategy which is more working in this feature it to choose 6 best and strong coins. Among these 6 coins you must select 2 stable and slow coins, 2 coins which are pumping coins and the other two coins which are high volatile.

You can select the pair as BTC/HIVE, BTC/ETH and BTC/PEPE. These are the pairs which have one stable coin, volatile coin and one pumping coin. The benefit of selecting these pairs are that the earning ratio will increase.

Its absolute that Bitcoin is the most stable and strongest coin and when it moves up all other coins follow BTC and similarly if the coin move downside then all other cryptocurrencies moves downside following the pattern.

In re-balancing bot you have two options to select either hourly or percentage. If you select 1 hour then after every hour bot will rebalance your portfolio. Similarly, if you select percentage let suppose 2% then after every 2% difference the bot will keep on re-balancing.

The better I think is to select percentage because you have selected all those pairs which are best suitable for more trade chance. You will earn a good amount of money with the help of this feature if you select the best pair coins.

This feature is best for the traders who wants to do trading but they don't know how to do or they are just beginners. Also this feature and strategy is best for the people who have good amount of money but they don't know how to make proper use of money to earn passive income.
