Cryptocurrency is a vast field which allows users with multiple ways of investment and being engaged with. There are many ways to earn from this market either by investing or also you can earn without investing a penny.

The two major roles in the crypto market are Traders and Investors whom are the best way of earning from the crypto as well. But the main issue in the market is that people are confused that either they are investor or trader.

In order to earn good income from crypto market you must understand your role and act accordingly. Lets first differentiate between trader and investor to make more clear for the users.

Crypto trader is the role where people trade cryptocurrency by buying and selling. This depends how you trade either scalping, 1H, 4H, 1D time frame or either they prefer swing trade. The purpose of trader is to earn money by buying and selling crypto in short period of time.

Whereas, Investor is the role where people deposit their money to invest in any crypto coin for the long term gain. This may be the long time frame such as 3Y, 4Yrs or even more than that. The purpose of investor is to invest in any coin and dont buy and sell the coins until your desired target is not met.

Crypto users despite being more than year in the market their role are still not known. They are confused either they are trader or investor and what to do while going to buy any coin.

It also happened to me that when I want to buy any coin I do it with the sense of investing but when I see some profits I change my mind and book the profit becoming a trader. Similarly, sometimes when I want to trade any crypto coin and when I stuck in my buying I change my mind and become an investor.

Are You a Trader or an Investor?

This is very wrong in the crypto market that we change our mindset during the trade. This will never give us profit and there is always regret. Therefore, we must have clear mind regarding we are trader or investor.

We must select a role for us that either we are trader or investor and after that we must stick to our strategy. This will help us take bold decisions and do proper planning before buying any coin.

In a sense of coming as trader you will trade with proper analysis for short time frame and also you will set stoploss and take profits. Which is in favor of a trader.

Also if you come in a sense to invest in any crypto then your vision is clear that you will invest for the long term. You wont be worry seeing the market rise and fall rather you will concentrate on your massive goal you want to achieve.
