Treat Hive as an own business

Hi,

today is going to be a shorter post. It was a very busy week, where a lot of things have happened.

One major point was the #LeoAds first payment, where more details can be read under this link.

Another one was that I managed to close a credit that was bugging me for a while. It was money going out every month, that I want to stop, as the tax benefit, will not apply any more starting with February. In Germany, one can recover a lot from paid taxes, like interest for a credit, if the credit is used to increase value, like real estate for example. Now this benefit would have been lost, and the full credit would cost me more each month.

We tend to cut any expenses that are not needed. For example, we don't have cable TV or a paid streaming service. This costs money and time, which both can be used better on other things.

Both, cutting expenses and increasing passive or mostly passive income belong to my growth strategy, that I like to follow. Save as much as possible and invest two times a month, at the start with a fix sum, and at the end of the month, with the remaining budget after all expenses.

I see the chain as one of the income streams. It is not yet optimised, but I'm working on that. I want that the build stake, starts to work more for the financial independence. Tend to say, that the chain is a business, that requires care and continuous improvement, exactly like in an off chain business.

After over 7 years in here, I still discover new things, like very interesting people, or ways of doing business. It is amazing what it can offer. Treat it with care, nurture it, and keep it growing.

How do you see it? Treat it like an own business?

I will say that right now Hive is generating the biggest profit out of all my crypto projects. What are your best ones?
