Only view website pages. Each one will appear for 15~ seconds or so. Then you click the repeated image (to verify you're still in front of the screen,) then the next site will be shown to you.

Floating market meaning it's not pegged, similar to the USD, $HIVE and $BTC.
All the latter currencies just float on supply & demand.

Then, yeah... It's buying credits not a floating market. You can earn CTP tokens (a Hive-Engine token) for exploring but that's luck based. Not everyone gets them every day.

Most of the sites I've seen there are traffic ads, but some are HIVE posts. (CTP is built on HIVE.)
