Traditional Way to Cook Lopster!! 🦐🌿

Hello everyone! Today, I wanted to share with you my delicious lobster soup recipe. I must confess, I am absolutely crazy about seafood, I almost forgot that it was one of my family favorite dishes that I missed cooking like a few months. Well we was so busying so everything we just make it easy to cook and there isn’t enough time for us, so when I stumbled upon this huge 1 kg lobster at the market, I just immediately buying it. The best part? It was reasonably priced at around $25.

Now, since my family and I hadn't had seafood in a while, I decided to go all out and make a soup that would truly highlight the flavors of the lobster at the big market around 12km from my own house. I went for the classic and tangy flavor of a sour soup, which is a traditional favorite of mine.

To start off, I brought a pot of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.

While waiting for it to heat up, I added some seasonings and ingredients that would help remove any unwanted smell or dirt from the lobster. This step is essential in creating a clean and delicious soup base.

Once my water was simmering and my seasonings had infused their flavors, it was time to introduce my magnificent lobster to the pot. With excitement, I gently placed it into the liquid, knowing that its sweet and delicate meat would soon meld with the broth, creating a truly an amazing combination. 3 minutes I can sure it was cooked and I don’t want it to get so dry so I turn off the heat.

Finally yea my favorite part what else? Just add the herb that have cut into the soup and lemon I add it around two pieces. By the way what part of lopster do you like the most? Most people love everything but for me I love the head and tasting the sweetness of this yummy flavor.
